Booked a very last minute break here in a standard caravan. The website looked great especially with all the family amenities on offer. We arrived early and was given our key. There are no sign posts anywhere so really hard to figure out where you need to go. It became apparent very quickly that the whole park is dirty, messy and run down, so many caravans are filthy and the whole area just looks scruffy. Our caravan was clean but very old inside, holes and stains on flooring, walls and doors, curtains hanging off, mismatched furniture but was ok for 4 days it was bearable. The entertainment and facilities that was supposed to be on offer wasn’t quite true. The coral beach venue was only found due to us getting lost but couldn’t get in due to not opening the top floor. The arcade next door is very old and scruffy and the chippy didn’t open. The sealands venue at the front is a great asset the park and would be great for families if the entertainment, kids bar and play area was open. The arcade is small, smelly and old. The chip shop opens for a couple of hours in the evening, the food is lovely but again place is very old and incredibly slow service. There is no information anywhere and no information given so this is annoying and incredibly frustrating when your neighbours are out all night swearing, shouting and kicking footballs into your caravan. I did speak to the lady on reception the next day and explained, I asked if there is a number I could ring if it happens again as we aren’t getting any sleep but was told that there is no one to phone and I will have to find a bouncer which is on one of the club doors (even though it closed at 11). There are unused buildings around and at the front on Ingoldmells rd entrance there is just piles of rubbish, fridges and old rotting caravans, it looks absolutely horrendous!
The park itself is huge and has so much potential especially with the sealands bar. There needs to be money spent and the whole place cleaned and revamped.
The situation of the site is great as only a 2 minute walk into Ingoldmells and a short drive to Skegness and Mablethorpe. Lots of buses running xx

I stayed here Monday to Friday with my family In a platinum caravan. The caravan itself was lovely but I am so glad we paid the extra, because if we had been given one of the caravans surrounding us we would of left the same day.
It's definitely not a holiday park, it's more like a caravan grave yard with a few nice caravans dotted in between heaps of scrap. One caravan was sitting at a 45 degree angle.
The chip shop is inedible, the arcade is full of broken machines and the social club is ready to be torn down. It really needs updating it could be such a lovely place to stay.
The location is great for fantasy island and the beach. If you come out of coral beach at the sea lands entrance and turn right, there is an alley way across the road which takes you straight down the beach.
Even though the location is perfect I dont think we would choose to stay at coral beach again. (unless it was majorly updated).
If anyone was going to book coral beach I would definitely recommend paying a little extra to stay in a platinum caravan. (R36V1). Great caravan, spacious modern and clean. Everything in good working order and also good location on site.

So we decided to stay here again as we wanted to be close to all the attractions, we had previously stayed in a caravan here in the mid 90s & the site was good back then.

However many years have passed & things had changed, the site is still well kept but the old toilet blocks have been boarded up & they a look a bit of an eyesore to be honest, I also don't like how the site entrance closest to Fantasy Island has now been blocked off.

The Coral beach club is very dated, in fact it still looked the same as it did in the 90s, the large room upstairs is no longer used & everyone is forced to cram into one small room downstairs. The entertainment was mediocre & the drinks were expensive, the club also had a very musty smell which I think was coming from the carpet.

The caravan itself was ok, maybe a little rough around the edges & there were some maintenance issues, the toaster sparked & tripped the electric & had to be reset by a handyman, there also wasn't any baking trays for the oven, I know it's the land of the cheap takeaway but not everyone likes to eat junk food!

My biggest complaint has to be that there is no bedding supplied, it's 2023 & bedding should be included, especially when you pay £350 for 4 nights, I mean if Haven can supply bedding then surely these can. The duvet also had a stain on it, looked someone had an accident.

We also had a £70 damage deposit to pay on arrival, this wasn't mentioned at the time of booking & you don't get it back until someone has inspected the caravan like a drill sergeant, the lady inspecting the van even turned the tv on to make sure we hadn't broken it!

Maybe the owner Mrs Belton should trade her Rolls Royce in for a Vauxhall Viva, then spend some of her money on the club.

When we arrived on site, we had to wait nearly 2 hours in the queue to collect our keys for the van, with 4 kids in the car after a 2 hour journey this was not an enjoyable start to the weekend.

When we arrived at the caravan on first glance it seemed OK, however as the weekend went on we noticed more and more faults, there was a light out in the living room area, and no bulb in the hallway down to the bedrooms, the bathroom door to the second bathroom kept sticking and wouldn't close properly, the taps in that room also didn't turn off easily and kept sticking. The sink in the kitchen leaked all over the pots and pans underneath and there was a stench of mould and damp under there so clearly has been an issue for a while... There were also bottles of urine under the caravan 🤢.

There's no shop or parks on site, so you have to go down into Ingoldmells itself in order to get food etc.

The stewards on site do nothing to stop loud parties, or drinking late at night so there were people being loud and partying until early hours of the morning meaning no one got any sleep.

Now we come to the bed, wow, I have never ever slept on a bed like it, I think it was made from straws and seashells it was hard, lumpy, and I genuinely think you would sleep better on the floor!

They advised there were 3 gates into the park, the main entrance closed at 8pm,then 2 at the other end of the park however one of those is permanently closed and the only one that's open is a big trek down to Ingoldmells.

We arrived back at the park Saturday afternoon, and there were bags of rubbish piled all over the site.... Which goes well with the dumping ground opposite the Sealands bar.

We ended up leaving a day early due to no sleep, discomfort and general dissatisfaction at the facilities we will not be returning.

Having stayed at coral beach loads in the past
I normally stay in the next one up from basic but decided to just do basic this time ( cheap as chips last min getaway)
Caravan was clean only thing I will say with basic theres no electric kettle or toaster
Caravan did the job though clean, warm. This place is perfect location for fantasy island and probably one of the cheapest around .
The coral tap club has bingo every night karaoke some nights the staff are lovely and it's a nice night out if you want to sit have a drink and chill
Whilst playing bingo
If your looking for posh upper class this isnt your place but if your looking for a great location value for money this is ideal

After arriving and queuing up for 2 hours in sun no shelter got to the desk to be told cash only was not told this when I booked and they said pay on arrival didn't specify just cash had to walk 15 mins to get cash. Finally get into the caravan to more disappointment, the caravan smelt damp and fousty. Not even an electric kettle an old stove kettle that whistled. When I came to make a cuppa nothing to light cooker no ignition on cooker and nothing left to light cooker. Flooring peeling, bathroom light and microwave did not work. Went to office to be told someone will deal with it only light got fixed. Would never come back to this site they say you get what you pay for I paid £340 did not expect Buckingham Palace but something with an electric kettle would of been good.

Never leave reviews but feel like I need too as this site has SO many negative ones I don’t think it deserves😂 I suppose everyone’s experience is different but ours personally was so much better than expected. Visited with 2 adults, one toddler and 1 dog. After reading all the reviews on here I was absolutely dreading going because going off the reviews I was expecting the van to be an awful mouldy, dirty van, but honestly once we were there I was pleasantly surprised, the van we stayed in was a basic 2 bedroom pet friendly van. It was clean and I couldn’t fault anything. A few marks here and there but nothing that made any difference. Don’t get me wrong the beds weren’t 5* comfy divan beds, but never expected them to be. Right from booking in ( we arrived around 2:30pm) which took around 10 minutes we’d got the keys and were in our van. Location is perfect, 10 mins walk too fantasy island and around 15 min to the beach. Chippy on site and a club, which we never used so can’t comment on. Not too noisy at night time either like everyone said on here, we never had a problem. On departure had to wait around 10 minutes for the cleaning supervisor to check the van and we got our deposit back straight away. All in all a good experience and will definitely be returning!! Cheap and cheerful holiday!!

Arrived on the Friday at 4 o’clock and had to que for 2 hours and 40 minutes to get keys to caravan after a 3 hour drive with 2 children and received no apology just rude staff basically telling you to suck it up. After finally getting keys went to the caravan which was shabby to say the least and definently needed a good clean.

First night was reasonably quiet but on the second night until 5 in the morning there was music being blasted with loads of drunken teenagers shouting and swearing outiside all night and wasn’t just one caravan it was numerous.

The site itself was shabby and the smell of what I can only assume is sewage just lingered everywhere especially in the onsite club house 🤢and as for Sealands the club attached to coral beach was just full of underage drinkers who had come for a rave I assume could only stomach 20 minutes In there.

On the whole extremely disappointing trip which is a shame as it’s a great location needs serious work to bring up to even a basic standard.

So where do I start? Perhaps at the 3 hour wait in a queue to collect keys for our caravan, in the hot sun and heavy rain showers. No shop to buy water, no shelter and worst of all, no explanation or apology from the staff. If it wasn’t for the fact we had 3 children with us and everywhere else was booked up, we would have left and gone home.
We had to book this at last minute due to our previous booking at a different site being cancelled by the owner with only a couple of weeks notice.
We had a platinum caravan which was lovely, clean and spacious. However, the noise in the early hours from other guests returning to their vans, shouting and swearing, really was atrocious. No on site security.
We used the fish and chip shop once. The staff were really friendly, however, am sorry to say that most of our food went into the bin and we really are not fussy eaters.
This is basically a field full of caravans, not a “holiday park” as advertised. We will certainly not be returning and would not recommend to anyone.

Do not use this awful caravan site
Don’t accept card when you arrive only cash and after a 4 hour drive thru with a screaming baby is a no good. Wasn’t told cash only when I booked.
Rude owner
Don’t return dog deposit when asked.
Caravan falling apart
Glass all over
Chav central
Rough
Very loud
Lots of drunks about

Man in front of me was also complaining and the staff don’t care. Woman at the front looks like she should be in a horror movie.

Just walk away when speaking then shouts from the back.

No customer service

Definitely wouldn’t recommend

When unloading someone came up to us make sure your windows locked on van as they had family member broken into

It’s a basic caravan site not quite what it says in the advert. The good thing is there is loads to see and do in the area and if you like beaches they are quite good with donkey rides and ice creams
