Stayed for our anniversary. Room was nice and roomy. I am wheel chair bound so i take an interest in the bathroom. The shower could be safer. You had a long entry and it needed more rails. What we enjoyed was the lounge area. The staff were very friendly and professional. We spent a marvellous evening watching a mother whale...

We came for our honeymoon/first anniversary for a night and walked into the bathroom only to find blood all over the vanity mirror. Was horrified and really disappointed as for $500 a night would have expected a lot better This really made me feel uncomfortable so we didn't spend any time in the room which I found to be very...

This is a great getaway spot to relax and enjoy the beautiful bush, beach and coastal walking trail. Unfortunately the weather wasn't great while we were there so we found we were restricted to staying indoors and doing a lot of reading which was ok but prior research had shown the weather in Feb is Sunny hot and dry and...

Some of the rooms could do with some renovating and updating too. Breakfast was good . Staff were very friendly and helpful . Some attention needs to be placed on making sure all areas of the rooms are cleaned and dusted.

I took my mother down south for whale watching, having stayed at the Pullman resort here in the past I thought why not go again, it was fantastic the first time surely it would be great again. While the stay was indeed amazing, one slip up made a difference to our stay. Our room was full of birds!!! Birds, while...

We went to Bunker Bay for a 2 night getaway. The location of Pullmans Bunker Bay is a tad out the way, but definitely worth the trip. We were greeted warmly by the staff and shown to our room promptly. Since we arrived late, we ordered room service which was fresh and tasty and prepared well. Breakfast was included and...

- Breakfast buffet wasn't bad; good feeling when you find something you've been craving (waffles) haha - The serviced apartments were pretty cool: comfy bed and nice hot tub - Easy walk to the beach: beautiful and tranquilizing

Spent 3 nights in a lake side studio. Room was very spacious with a nice balcony overlooking the lake and a short walk to the beach. The only downside was mould in the shower but a cleaner on our second day, without prompting cleaned it well so well done to that staff member. We had dinner at the restaurant and...

A great place to stay. Located away from the madding crowd yet short drive to wineries, galleries and other attractions. We were greeted with warmth and enthusiasm, our room was spacious and well appointed and a few minutes along the boardwalk to the beautiful beach. Great breakfast with facility to make your own fresh fruit/vegetable juice. Highly recommended
