Stayed at the Camden Arms for six nights on a visit to Kent. Absolutely fabulous stay. Efficient check-in and great Covid-19 measures, temperature checks, face masks, one way system and hand sanitizer. Can't really ask for more. Our room was lovely, clean and nicely decorated and nice and quiet at night. Breakfast was lovely, freshly cooked and plenty of choice, good quality ingredients. Also ate here for dinner twice and both times the food was great. The staff were all really friendly and looked after us really well. Totally recommend if you are looking for a base to explore the Royal Tunbridge Wells area or Kent.

Old coaching inn with a modern block of bedrooms added. the booking had got a bit confused and checking in was somewhat stressful but once we were past that the staff were friendly and well meaning. Rooms are comfortable if a little tired - curiously old fashioned furniture for a modern building. Had a drink in the bar, which is nice. Breakfast is good ple nty of choice, good quality (great bacon!) and good sized portions.

Stayed recently for 1 night at the Camden Arms, the fourth time for an overnight stay over the years. Good system on entering - one way entry/exit and temp taken automatically. I had a ground floor room which is at the back of the pub and it was fine, very clean and a great powerful shower. Just what you need after a 15 mile walk. Tables in the pub are laid out with enough space between them, no need for screens. The food was delicious, local sausage with caramelized onions, mash and gravy. All washed down with a lovely pint of Harveys. Breakfast the next morning was good, with a hot item buffet. Everything including toast and coffee is brought to your table and the service was quick and well done. All in all a very good stay, with helpful people to check you in and serve food/drinks. Always enjoyed staying here. No doubt I will be back at some point.
