Booked via offer in daily newspaper and found absolute bargain. Room was very clean with all usual facilities expected - ensuite, TV, tea/coffee,hairdryer. Restaurant offered good value albeit limited menu, but food quality was very good. Breakfast was excellent with free choice of fruit etc and good selection of cooked options. Dear oh dear what has happened at The Cedars !! Having stayed for the weekend many times in the past and found everything great, we were somewhat dismayed at the lack of organisation particularly at breakfast last weekend 14th February. Other people staying that weekend were also making the same comments. Breakfast was fairly chaotic with a number of errors...

Thank you for your comments. I am extremely sorry about the poor service at breakfast time. We have implemented many improvements to increase the speed of service on a weekend. We do not want to dictate a breakfast time to guest, so as you can imagine many guests want to stay in bed a little longer on a weekend ......
