Everything was irreproachable, from the very clean room which was impeccable, to breakfast which was diverse, fresh and plentiful (more than we could eat), relaxing time at the pool or in the garden, to sincere hospitality. The owner was very nice and pleasant host, very careful to details, he even prepared surprise welcome gifts and paid special attention to kids :) and always ready and happy to assist us with whatever issue we had, including with inspired recommendations on what to visit around or advice on which route to take depending on the traffic or weather. The places to visit are very beautiful, from beaches to small islands, caves or waterfalls. We relaxed and felt comfortable and safe. Thank you for shaping our vacation into a perfect one!

It is a great place for a holiday trip for the whole family. Cozy, quiet surroundings and, above all, a great team looking after all details to be perfect in this place. It's a good place to relax, there is a swimming pool and the breakfasts in the garden are huge, varoius and just wonderful. Thanks to Kyriazis and his team for their attention to details like my and my daughter's food allergies. It is safe, clean and healthy save choice. The breakfasts exceeded our expectations :)

It is a very good place to go and visit beautiful wild beaches, scenic spots, waterfalls and hiking paths. After breakfast, you can ask Kiriazis about local attractions, spend a good day outside Stavros and spend your afternoons exploring the beautiful town of Stavros (it may take few days), or spend time with the family by the pool on a sun lounger (Wifi works very well). By the way restaurants and event local fast food are great and not only based on seafood.

We were surprised how few compatriots there are in this part of Chalkidiki. There are mainly Serbs and Hungarians, hmm, interesting. I heartily recommend it, if in doubt, please contact me or contact Kiriazis directly.

Staying here was a very pleasant experience! The rooms are very well taken care of and have some huge balconies. The breakfast was delicious, the yard of the villa is big enough to do anything you want, the pool is enjoyable for every age and the host always has a smile on his face. Also, the villa is close to every point of interest in Stavros so you can easily go by foot everywhere.
Overall, it's a place where you would like to come back at any time in the future.

Villa Riviera a nice and relaxing place, the rooms with a very nice decoration and with big balconies where you can stay. The breakfast was wonderful with varied and delicious food. And most importantly the host of the house was very friendly and kindly. It was a pleasure for us to spend a week at Villa Riviera.

We booked last minute as we fancied a couple of days in a different resort while we were in Greece. We were 2 mums and daughters and they were able to find 2 rooms for us easily. Rooms are spacious and will comfortably sleep a family of 4. They are reasonably priced and well equipped for self catering. There’s a nice sized balcony and plenty of cutlery, plates, cups etc. The real bonus of this place is the staff though. Fluent English speakers, friendly, welcoming and couldn’t do enough for us. Very supportive when my daughter was ill and just overall pleasant!
It’s walkable to the beach and restaurants and although it wouldn’t be my favourite Greek resort the beaches are nice and there’s some nice shops for bargain hunters!

This place was fantastic, the rooms were lovely and ours was spacious, fresh fruit and a bottle of wine on arrival. Hairdryer and iron as well as coffee tea etc. Clean towels every day. We had the pool to ourselves every day. The morning of our departure they provide a feast for breakfast. If you like a quiet resort which doesn't see alot of English people in fact we were the only English people there then this beautiful place is worthy of a visit
