I stayed at this hotel for a few days. The hotel is located in the center of Frascati and has easy access to public transportation (the bus depot is just a couple of blocks away and the train station is a little bit farther away). The rooms are big and comfortable. The bathroom is huge. Internet is adequate and it...

Calm hotel, excellent staff They do speak English, if you are wondering. Wi-fi and television Parking in the neighbourhood, the hotel provide attestation of your stay for the city administration (ZTL zone, parkings zones restricted, allowed only for the locals citizens) Good restaurants nearby Nice city, close to Rome.

I have stayed here several times in the last 15 years or so. Very friendly service, clean and pleasant building, unbeatable location right in the heart of Frascati. Rooms are well equipped with WiFi, TV, phone and a smallish (no bath) but clean and modern bathroom. The staff are very friendly and helpful, rooms are cleaned to an excellent standard...

We stayed for three nights in the Hotel Colonna in Frascati. I had a business meeting and my wife did some touring. On the plus side, the hotel was very clean and our room was quiet. The room was much larger than a comparable room in Rome. There is no elevator but the staff insisted on carrying our bags up...

Great hotel in a very nice village. Very clean and comfortable. Staff were excellent and couldn't do enough for us. Great place to stay in this village with easy access to central Rome by very close rail station. Lots of restaurants and outlets close by. We will return soon

We only saw 1 employee and he did everything: park our car in the garage, check-in, carry our bags to the room, breakfast, check-out, get our car from the garage. All credits for him! Nice room, location and breakfast! There is not always someone present at the reception though; if you need anything then you can call somebody.

My husband and I stayed for 5 nights at this hotel right off the main piazza in Frascati, a lovely hill town 30 min by train to Rome. We had a 2nd floor room with balcony that looked out (could almost touch it!) the Chiesa del Gesu, built in 1520. Around the corner was the large Piazza San Pietro where...

A beautiful place in the heart of Frascati. All the trattoria, ristorante, cafeteria, gelateria within walking distance, as well as the train station. If you speak Italian, a conversation with the owner would be very inspiring. He is a cheerful man who travels the world.

I got the deluxe suite .. it was a bit small I would not like to see a standard room. At check in I was asked for ID and told I could get it back in 10 minutes - I said no problem I will be back in 30 minutes on my way out - fine, 30 minutes later they...

I stayed at this hotel various times and whenever friends want to visit Rome, I always advise them this hotel. Why? 1. The hotel is in Frascati, a very picturesque town outside Rome. The centre of Rome is just 20 minutes away by train. Many hotels that are geographically closer to Rome centre do not allow you to reach the...

“Upper rooms are probably less noisy. Rooms facing Piazza Gesú might be nicer but noisier.”

“Our room was a junior suite overlooking the piazza—roomy, clean, lovely appointments. With the windows closed, we could shut out the bustle of the piazza and enjoy a good night’s sleep on a firm, king-sized bed.”
 of 5 bubbles Me-MyHusband, 18 Oct 2014 | Read review
“Not sure if any rooms would avoid the night time noise or the building works carried out from 7am. Some rooms have a "bath" instead of a shower, but not big enough to stretch out in.”

“Ask to be put in a room that overlooks the square. It is a cute little center of town that really comes to life.”
 of 5 bubbles njworldtraveler0, 3 Feb 2014 | Read review
“Ask for room 203, or any room on the front corner facing the square, not the alley. Don't worry about noise because they have crazy-silent shutters and thick windows.”
