Just back from another relaxing visit to Frascati staying at Cacciani's. We have returned to this family hotel most years since our daughter's wedding reception there 10 years ago, drawn back by the friendly Cacciani family and staff, and the superb food and wine.

This long standing family run hotel is perfect. It's decor might be Italy 1980s but the quality of service, cleanliness, and retro chic make it a delight. And did I mention he views? Out to Rome? Oh and the restaurant of the same name, one of the best in Frascati? Retro chic? There's a picture of Clark Gable eating here.... More

Stayed here for 4 nights as an alternative to central Rome, and we got a lot more for our money. The hotel is about a 5 minute walk from the train station from where the train takes 30 minutes and costs €2.50. There are lots of restaurants close by. Our room was very spacious and clean with a lovely modern... More

Friendly welcome, and check in was quick. Room 35, a good sized room, very clean and immaculate en suite. The shower was good and the water hot, always a bonus after a long day. No tea/coffee making facilities, which in this day and age should be a standard. Mini bar well stocked and everything 2 euros. Great stuff. Breakfast served... More

Wow! What a wonderful place to stay. Family owned and operated. Not luxury accommodations, but still A+. The room was extremely clean and we had a very very large terrace that looked out to the city of Roma. Truly a best kept secret and the hotel restaurant is Michelin rated... Incredible food. We have been to Rome many times and... More

This was a great place for a one-night stay, but for 120 Euros, I really expected the room to be as nice as the photos. It ended up being quite basic and not as big as I thought it would be, so the three of us were disappointed. On the plus side the bathroom was clean, the water was hot... More

Just returned from a four night stay with friends in the Hotel Cacciani in April 2016 which is both in the heart of Frascati and next to the railway station which provides hourly direct services to the heart of Rome ( Termini station) for €2.10 each way. Parking at the front of the hotel is limited but the staff went... More

Enjoyed our stay. Room basic, clean with a nice little patio. My baggage got lost and Kathy and Danielle at reception went over and above to help me retrieve it. The breakfast was continental with lots of yummy patessirie goodies, yogurt, and other items. Very close to old town...parking "doeable" just have to be patient to find a spot. Would... More

This was our first stay and we had booked a room for three. We expected an extra bed or something for our teenage son, and discovered that we got an extra room instead. Like a small apartment. Perfect! The hotel is really close to the station so it's easy to travel to Rome (30 min) and Ciampino (20 min).
