one night stay in this charming hotel about 7km from the centre of Bouillon. We had a very warm welcome and Chrissy was very friendly. The room was a bit cosy but more than sufficient for one night - very clean and with all amenities. Breakfast was a great spread of pastries, breads, cheese, cold meats and fruits as well... More

Ardennes style little cosy hotel with breakfast buffet located 8km south-east of Bouillon. International flair as hosts have travelled around the world. Backward room to the garden had good beds, was quiet and had a nice garden view. 3-course supper might be ordered in advance, very good quality. On departure day we had to leave around 7.30 am (announced the... More

Our 4th visit in a year and second in the last month so this must indicate the esteem we hold du Cerf. A contentious view in the past has been the best food in the world is French and the best French food is in Belgium - a new spin on this is maybe the best food in the world... More

The best place to be when traveling to the Bouillon area. Hostellerie Du Cerf is located outside the city and right in the middle of the beautiful and impressive rural countryside of the Belgian Ardennes. I am a frequent visitor always returning for the great/superb food creations from Bart and the great personal welcome and service provided by Chrissy. Every... More

The best place we stayed in 3 weeks of touring Holland, Belgium, Germany and France. Neat, clean. The grounds are beautiful. The staff/owners were great and Bart is an amazing chef. Dinner was the best we had the entire trip and we ate at some very fancy places! They both speak excellent english which makes it easy. The surrounding area... More
