This was our second visit to this hotel and its restaurant. First time, we had a room in the old building, this time we had a suite in the new building, which was very large and we were very much surprised by the quality of this room. The view from the hotel is phantastic. We had very nice weather, so... More

This establishment is primarily known for its top flight restaurant, which was closed during our stay and wouldn't have been appropriate for a family with tweens anyway. However, we got the benefit of its culinary prowess at breakfast time. An assortment of fresh breads, fine cheeses, hams and pates, housemade preserves (apricot-rhubarb!), together with some unusual items, like a soured... More

We visited this hotel for one night in april for the gastronomic combo and were blown away by the quality of the modern rooms above the spa, the design of the spa and the delicious food. Make sure to try their homebaked bread at the breakfast or the ones accompanied with the 6 course ( or 5 course ) menu.... More

We were here with friends for what was advertised as a gastronomic weekend. We had a very large room with a mezzanine floor , a large terrace and a great view of the valley. The bed was comfortable and the room was well furnished and clean if a little dusty. The bathroom was modern with bath and separate shower but... More

The hotel is situated a 10 minute walk up a very steep hill from the town in a quiet location. The rooms clean although ours was small - OK for one night. The service was fine. The breakfast was fine and the staff attentive but very formal.

We stayed in a nice and spacious room with a terras. We enjoyed this very silent hotel but the refrigerator and the hairdryer didn't work. The food was not so great, so be sure to eat somewhere else. The owners were very friendly but the staff still has a lot to learn.

I spent one WE night here with a friend (mid-June). The room (#3) was super spacious and quiet. The staff was friendly, the bar area and the terrace are relaxing areas. Although located near Bouillon's town center, the hotel is partially surrounded by green trees -- beautiful. We didn't try the spa facilities, nor the restaurant, except for breakfast which... More

a small scale hotel/wellness center on a perfect location for people who want to escape busy day to day life and get spoiled both gastronomically and physically. It's on walking distance of the cosy and historical village center of Bouillon along the Semois river. The mansion is authentic and offers a few rooms upstairs, mine had a balcony and a... More

The hotel is a 19th century mansion overlooking the town and castle of Bouillon. We had a lovely room with a terrace and a view. The queen bed was quite comfy, the bathroom with a tub and all amenities. The dinner in the restaurant was excellent, real gourmet. After that, a short walk to town was a pleasure. Plenty-full breakfast... More

Booked a great 2 night's package and were delighted with the result: nice spacious rooms, a clean and beatifull spa and a cosy restaurant. We both had a very relaxing massage by expert hands. The food was delicious and at times surprising; you should try the "menu decouverte"!
