Loved the view over the ancient town and fortress of Bouillon. Superbly designed bedroom. The only thing that somewhat marred our stay was the breakfast. The girl serving was obviously shy and only appeared to ask new breakfasters if they wanted tea or coffee. The tables were not cleared when people left and some had to wait for a table...

We have been to Hotel Cosy a few times. Always with great pleasure! Hotel Cosy is a family owned hotel, which gives it the cosy charater. I'm always surprised to see so many people at the breakfast while we are very few enjoying the gourmet like dinner. Apperently other guest go and eat elsewhere in Bouillon, which is a big...

This is a must stay hotel when you visit buillon. Being family run and owned it offers more than most hotels. We stayed in a superior room with spa bath. The restaurant is top class with a 5 course meal for dinner. Breakfast is as good as you will get anywhere in europe. Highly recommended.
