We have stayed at this hotel about seven times but this year was quite disappointed that the standard has gone down. There was extremely loudmusic emanating from one of the bars all afternoon, the music for the aquafit was far too loud and every afternoon there are exercise classes on the bridge again music far too loud. The big thing... More

This hotel is beautiful, I have stayed here 3 times and can't wait to return again. Food on offer from breakfasts to main meals and snacks there is always something for everyone. Entertainment isn't wonderful however it's a different act every evening so least its not repetitive. Hotel is very bright, clean and well maintained. Staff are helpful and pleasant.

After reading some negative reviews I phoned up Thomson and requested to change hotels. We could not do this without paying a huge supplement so we decided to ignore the negative reviews and make our own minds up. From the moment we arrived I was so thankful we did not change. Gorgeous reception area with very friendly staff. Hotel was... More

Took our holiday a month earlier than usual due to my wife pre-arranging a UK seniors holiday in November. Do not know if its usual to have more than one day of rain in October (as we had three) because we have not found this to be the case in November. We have nothing but praise for the Tabaiba Princess... More

My partner and I have just spent a week here, All Inclusive and we've enjoyed it. Friendly staff, relaxing and beautiful grounds to walk around and admire the foliage. Dining: Various foods (including a gluten-free section) which were different each day and night. The waiting staff were friendly (especially the man with the moustache) and quick to clear the tables.... More

My wife and I stayed here for a week in November. In the run up to us visiting there was a run of bad reviews and we was feeling quite nervous. We arrived to a fantastic reception area, very grand. There was a queue at checkin, but there was 3 or 4 receptionists and the queue disappeared rather quickly. We... More

A catalogue of dissatisfaction, no sunbeds available due to people putting towels on the night before then not using them all day. Rude staff in the Maspalomas princess restaurant next door, flies on the food in the pool restaurant which should be covered. Cheap brands of alcohol for all inclusive residents and 2nd class service. I had a constant stomach... More

Spent a week "all inclusive" here from 12th to 19th November with wifey all booked through Thomson/First Choice. Like a lot of reviewers having read some of the reviews we wondered what we had let ourselves in for. All I can say is please don't base your opinions on all those negative Nelly's and their complaints. Check In - We... More
