Just returned from this hotel for our second visit, personally I can't understand why people have issue with it? It's clean, it's comfy, I agree the air-con is naff, the food is fresh and constantly replenished, the pool area is lovely, the all inclusive bars are ok only downside is the latest one shuts at midnight. I have stayed here...

We recently returned from a 14 night stay at this hotel. Whilst we enjoyed it, it was nothing outstanding and there was nothing about the holiday that would particularly draw us back to this hotel specifically. There are definitely some positives and negatives, so I'll try and be as objective as possible with the specifics to help inform your own...

This is most definitely not a 5t/4*. I agree with a previous reviewer when they say people who say this place is great must not have been nice 4/5* before: Arrival - No help with luggage, receptionist let a guest push in front to complain about wifi kept us waiting 15 extra minutes! Not a friendly welcome. We were given...

The best part has to be the pool area which is huge and looks very pretty with lots of palm trees and plants. Even when the pool is...
