Went self-catering in a duplex, a great choice as the appartment had everything you could want (and more) while on holiday and in a great location near the beach. The complex had two decent sized pools which one was heated (both were sea water though) and there were plenty of sunbeds.

We stayed in Parque Santiago 1, which is residential and older than 2,3,4,5. The pool area was lovely, although you do pay for the beds and mattress on a daily basis....at the moment 7e for two. Santiago park , good position comfortable apartment ,pool area excellent , well looked after clean and inviting.Taxi service excellent reasonable rates .Travellers beware though gangs of pickpockets operating hundreds of purses stolen everyday!

I'm a little puzzled is this a review for Paque Santiago 1, 2 or 3. Parque Santiago 1& 2 are both residential and yes there are strict rules about the complexes. This is because people actually live here and although they welcome holidaymakers staying at there complex you should be aware that if you want wall to wall entertainment you...

we have just returned from a week staying at this hotel the rooms were very comfortable and clean had every thing you need for self catering except a microwave we overlooked main road which was lovely we had a large balconey with sun beds and table and chairs pools were lovely unfortanatly we didnt use as it was very windy...
