We stayed here from 26 July 2011 for 2 weeks. Upon arrival at 12.50pm we were told that our room would not be ready until 3pm so we were then stuck in the sweltering heat in jeans for 2 hours killing time. My daughter who is 13 was too old for the water slides so she got quite bored as...

just back from santiago 3, i stayed in num 4 the previous year! love the hotel the staff are always friendly and helpful, we asked for air conditioning unit as we had a 2year old and they brought it up within the hour free of charge aswell! there is plenty to do and the area has a great family atmosphere....

My husband and i stayed in parque sandiago 3 and were more than satisfied. At first we wanted to be moved as our room was overlooking the busy street right opposite the supermarket.Allthough they Said they would move us next day we deceided we would stay put. Visited parque santiago 2 in May 2011, Appartment was dissapointing, but spent most of our time in the lovely weather, Pool area nice , but having to pay for sunbeds everyday soon become very expensive. Just back from parque santiago 3. These apartments are located in a great area close to everything. THe apartments are spotless, cleaned everyday. Around the complex is very clean also, every morning they are out sweeping and scrubing paths and around the pool. The apartments do not have air con, which at night can be quite warm for July. More or less liked the hotel. Me and my friend kind of got ripped off with our room though. it was tiny compared to the photos we'd seen and also the aparments our other friends had managed to land themselves in, despite the fact we payed exactly the same as they did.
