We didn't stay here but after leaving the Srebrenica memorial, this was a great stop for lunch. Food quality is good and the owner is a very kind man. Local tour guides brought people here so you can see that even the locals love the food and service.

It is important to realise certain things about a Hotel in Bosnia and Srebrenica in particular. If you are a none smoker you will find most hotels and restaurants allow smoking in all areas. Even non smoking designated areas often have ash trays! Important people often travel to the town to visit the Memorial Cemetery at Potocari but rarely stay...

Unfortunately our car broke down on Friday evening. The staff of the hotel tried to fix it. As this did not work out, the very friendly owner did everything for us to arrange a quick repair which took longer than we hoped for because the car mechanic was out of town. But we enjoyed our stay thanks to the very...

First of all, I'd like to be able to give a higher rating as the host was very personable, rooms were fine (no AC but certainly adequate/no issues), and our dinner and breakfast were good as well, though several items were off the menu. But our passports were not returned after we checked in, which led to us drive all...

Although there was a slight screw up with our rooms, we came with the BBC and they had messed up, this was a lovely hotel. The owner was a charming man who did everything he could to accomodate us, he even provided us with traditional instruments for some evening activities!! Very much enjoyed the food, and thank you for trying...

Misirljie was opened by Dule, a Muslim man who survived the genocide in Srebrenica because he worked as a translator for the UN during the siege - impossible not to talk about what happened in Srebrenica. A part from this, you will find a nice hotel with small bur clean rooms, surrounded by wonderful mountains. Apart from this, great Bosnian...

Wonderful staff, perfect food, clean, good-sized rooms, relaxed feel. No, this isn't your 5 star hotel but considering circumstances it more than met my expectations. Srebrenica is breathtaking and Pansion Misirlije only added to the experience. I will be returning!

If you need to stay in Srebrenica I would recommend trying another hotel. Rooms are freezing, beds minuscule, staff unhelpful and shower was broken. Not a good experience. I really do not mind staying in budget accommodation but when you are paying some basics should be right.

I came here with a day tour and they arranged a buffet for us - there were plenty of choices of vegetables, meat and desserts. We got soup before the food was served. In the middle of the buffet, desserts were also served. The desserts were very Bosnian. It was very good value for money!
