Was searching for a hotel to stay at, but could find none on here so took pot luck.
The hotel was situated on the front with sea view, 2 min from the beach. The twin room cost 45 euros per night.
The room was very dated, and basic, but did have small TV, fridge and AC, the beds were very poor and neither of us got much sleep.
Everything worked, hot water, shower, bath etc, but the best thing about the room was the large balcony and view from it.
I don't think I would rush back which is a shame, as with a little TLC and updating it would be a great hotel

Loved this hotel. It's like stepping back in time. To all the folks who complained about it being old-fashioned well, yes, I suppose it is, but surely this just adds to the charm of the place. It is spotlessly clean the views were amazing and the staff (especially the ladies who served breakfast) were lovely. It gave us a chance to practice our limited Spanish as they spoke little English but why should they, they're in there own country after all!.Would I return? It's a definite yes from me!

Just a 5 minute taxi ride from Murcia airport at a cost of €12 and you are at the centre of everything. This hotel is on the beach close to all amenities and a bus route. Yes it isn't modern but for the price it is good value. Coffee shops abound for breakfast at very reasonable prices and there are good quality restaurants and tapas bars for lunch and dinner. Most of the hotels in the area are two star so don't let that put you off this hotel or the area. All in all, a safe environment, suitable for a nice break with family and or friends.

Stayed at the Hotel Lido for two nights. The location by the sea is delightful and near to the shops and restaurants. Nearly all rooms have a view of the beach including those on the side of the hotel. Balconies are a good size. The rooms have fridge and TV. The staff are friendly. The downside is that the hotel is in need of some loving care. The fittings in the bathroom are corroded and the room would benefit from a refit. The bedroom could also do with a paint job. There are too few electricity sockets in the bedroom and in my room it was a choice between the fridge and the TV. There were also two sockets by the side of the bed. The rooms were clean and there was a maid service each day. The hotel was good value for money.

If you want the ritz this isn't for you, hotel is pretty dated. But if you want a cheap getaway right on the beach this hotel does the job. All basic needs catered for, comfy bed, air con, fridge...... spotlessly clean, fresh towels daily, bed changed midweek. Fantastic location in a non touristy place, plenty of restaurants to choose from and San Javier airport is only 10 minutes away. I will be visiting again 🤗

I booked this hotel because at €62 per night I thought I would have a nice hotel. Wrong. It's awful. Old and dirty is all I can say. The bed tipped over when I sat at the end of it. Balcony was corroded. Truly cannot believe my hard earned cash went on this hotel

We booked a room with seaview, but got view of an old building and slight seaview from an old balcony. The hotel needs an urgent update, it has not been touched since it was built in the late 60s. The beds were iron bedsteads that creaked with every move. Pillows were hard. Did not get much sleep. A/c was very noisy. The toilet had an old cictern that did not work properly. This is not a 2star hotel, would not give it any star. Very disappointed as it was nothing like the booking i made.

Inexpensive, clean, hotel in a great location right on the water. Can't beat the views. Our room looked directly out to the water and we woke up to a spectacular sunrise every day. The balcony is great for people watching or feeling the breeze in the evening. This hotel is definitely dated though. Don't expect much in terms of luxury or amenities. The walls have a weird texture, the floors are linoleum, and the sheets are thin. The bathroom was very small and still has those gravity tanks mounted on the wall for the toilet and shower.

There is no safe for locking valuables, so keep that in mind if you have anything you secured when you leave the room. The air conditioning was a little noisy, but if you're not a light sleeper, it's not a problem.

There doesn't seem to be much in terms of luxury hotels in the area, everything is quite dated, but if you're just looking for a place to sleep while you spend your days at the beach, this hotel is more than adequate. Free wifi was a plus!

Front line, huge balcony, bars and restaurants on the doorstep.
Clean sheets and towels every day and friendly staff.
Only an 8 Euro trip from the airport which was literally 5 mins.
(the sound of airplanes was not an issue as there are so few flights I hardly even noticed them)

Has seen better days but it represents fantastic value.
