Recently stayed here , not for the first time , and although we appreciate that covid has taken it's toll found the hotel very tired. The shower had a door missing , the basin had a crack and there were various areas in need if repair. The room stunk of smoke and the persiana cord needed replacing. One of the beds had a board under the mattress which clunked when you moved. The pool wasn't available and the bar was closed for most of the time . It is a shame and we hope they get back on track because the place was very clean as was the bedding . The staff as usual were very good and friendly.

I stayed at The Hotel Trabuco as everywhere else was full and I was pleasantly surprised.
The hotel is situated on a main road in Santiago de la Ribera in South Spain but is only about 6 minutes walk from the beach.
The hotel has good air conditioning a good bathroom and is immaculately clean.
The main thing though is the staff , they are really friendly and always willing to help.
There is a bar in the hotel and they will even make you a cheeseburger and a beer to take to your room a the end of the day.
Some English hotels could learn a lot from this kind of attitude

For a two star hotel, this hotel is very much recommended. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. This place is great value for money and very clean. It is a short walk to the beach and the centre of town. We would stay here again.

We stayed here for the second week of our two week holiday in Murcia and we were not disappointed.
This hotel does exactly what it says on the tin and more for an excellent price.
We had a twin room with a balcony a mere 5 minute stroll to the lovely beach as Santiago De La Ribera.
The room was a good size with air-conditioning. Spotlessly clean bedding and towels everyday. Plenty of wardrobe and storage space, television and most importantly a hairdryer.
A very Spanish hotel with good Spanish food both in the restaurant and bar but don't expect a full English breakfast.
A lovely rooftop terrace with a small but perfectly usable pool, quite rare in this area.
Within easy walking distance of a good selection of bars and restaurants and on the doorstep of the Wednesday market.
All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
Very handy for San Javier airport.
We would definitely stay here again

We stayed at the Trabuco for one night while visiting family. I only wish that we could have stayed longer. The room was comfortable and spotlessly clean. The bathroom was well stocked with lovely soft white towels and sachets of shower gel and shampoo. The staff were friendly and provided great service at breakfast time. The location is great - close to the beach, shops and restaurants and it's very close to the airport. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to this area.

We stayed here for a week in August. We visit the area a couple of times a year but the house we usually stay in was fully booked. Would highly recommend this hotel. The room was very clean, air conditioning was very good and the staff were friendly. The only thing that would have made it better was if we'd a balcony or some sort of view, we looked out onto what I think was the emergency exit. Would stay here again.

The hotel is well situated for crossing over to the La Manga Strip, and was spotlessly clean, friendly and handy for local amenities - would thorouhhly recommend it to other travellers, and we will certainly use it again in the future.

Clean, spacious rooms. Friendly English speaking staff at check in. Free Parking within a hundred feet of the hotel. 5 minutes walk to various tapas bars and restaurants, pharmacies etc. Nice AstroTurf roof terrace with a large plunge pool and bar ( which is also very cheap for drinks , not your usual hotel prices. ) Breakfast is coffee, tea, fresh orange juice, toast, pastries, jams and cereals.

In your room you have at least a double bed if not that plus a single. Desk with chair, Aircon , ensuite shower and WC, decent size wardrobe, room safe and fridge. WiFi is strong and free. In the evening they serve various tapas dishes in the bar.

This is listed as a three star, which is right , but at this price it is simply excellent for what it is.

I visited the hotel July 7-11 2014. I was a lone traveller. It is literally a 7 minute drive from the airport. The room was lovely and clean, serviced daily. The staff were absolutely wonderful and so helpful. It is a short walk down to the beach, main high street and not far from Aldi and Lidl. Air conditioning worked perfectly. Lovely little pool area which was well-maintained with really comfortable sun loungers Definitely value for money- will definitely go back
