We stayed for a friends wedding which was nearby at the Saddleworth Hotel. We chose the old bell inn as it was in walking distance and had good reviews. The staff were very helpful and allowed us to check in early. Overall I'd recommend for those looking for a nice country weekend away.

Stayed at this lovely hotel for our friends birthday. Hotel was lovely, staff very friendly. The gin bar was absolutely fantastic. Went to the local pubs after a few in the hotel and was very Christmassy. Woke up to a lovely cooked breakfast and will be definitely returning in December 2017.

I just stayed overnight as this was for work. Absolutely lovely hotel with an amazing restaurant and enough gin to suit everyone's needs!! The area is very scenic too. Also had breakfast in the morning and there was lots of choice. The rooms are lovely with an en-suite, would highly recommend to stay here!

This is an old coaching inn with a fascinating history and the warmest of welcomes. We had previously had lunch here and were so impressed we decided to come back and stay overnight to celebrate a family birthday. We parked in the small car park at the side of the Inn and made our way through a pretty patio area,...

Booked here for one night on day of arrival. Great place and good value. Staff really friendly especially the lady who served breakfast. Huge variety of gin which is a little unusual and quirky. Did not eat here in the evening but menu looked very good and it was really busy. Would stay again and recommend.

This beautiful and warm hotel managed to re-energise me after a long, working Monday, torrential rain and train delays from London! From the welcome to the decor - I felt like I'd come on a cosy winter holiday rather than a business trip! The staff are welcoming and friendly and the menu is extraordinary for a pub/hotel. Beautiful room and...
