I was there on the last few days of my trip in Thailand. My wife was hospitalized in Phuket Town and I had to make quick changes and adjustements. Staff there (Teh at the reception was so comprehensive and helpful!) were great in those difficult times. Few words on the hotel: nice place, well located, great rooftop place with the best view of the town, great resto (Armor), nice pool and gym, ... and at a very good price! I can't complain about the noise as another customer did. I was located on the 8th floor and only had city sounds at a normal level.

Hello, Its my second time here in this hotel, the location is so nice and even the room is spacious and comfortable. Since i was tired, i couldn’t go to the city to have dinner so i had it on the hotel’s restaurant Amor, It caught my attention how Miss May and Miss Namfoon were so kind to me since i entered the restaurant, I couldn’t eat any meat or chicken so they suggest me to try Pad Thai with Shrimps which i really really liked. Later on, i was still hungry, so again they suggest to make a vegetarian burger to me which was not in the menu. It made me feel appreciated and i was really happy to be chit chatting with them later since i was having my dinner alone. I can see their high skills in customer service and hospitality. Noise! Noise! Noise! Bring lots of ear plugs plus ear defenders. Lovely old hotel with excellent customer service and amenities however, not much of that matters when the hotel is just across the street from a ridiculously loud open air nightclub bar that goes full tilt until midnight! We moved rooms, from one end of the building to the other, across the hall and up to a higher floor. Did not make a bit of difference. You WILL hear every song played from the nightclub across the street and you will hear it in your room. The bar music easily penetrates every room, front or back, does not matter, you WILL be in bed, with the nightclub pumping out decibels until late. Not bothered by loud music, stay here. Want to get some rest before heading out to the islands? Don’t go near this hotel! Accor, should buy the bar across the street, turn it into a cafe that closes early so their Novotel and Ibis guests can get the rest they need for 5am boat trips. It is sad this nightly noise attack is happening here, guests deserve better, so do the wonderful locals. …

Great hotel. Had a great time staying with 2 other girlfriends. It was right next to the daily street market and Kim's massage where they give a mean massage. Food was good and bedroom was spacious and had all we needed. The only thing that wasn't so great was the hot and uninspiring hallways

The hotel is well located and from there everything can be reached easily. We, a family of 4, enjoyed our stay very much! The staff is fabulous, and children are more than welcome. The breakfast buffet is delicious and has a big choice, even for vegans! The rooms are nice and clean! If possible, we would even give 6 stars! We very much recommend to stay at the Novotel! The service was excellent from the moment we arrived at the hotel. We also had drinks at the the Estrella rooftop bar - the vibe and the cocktails that we had were outstanding! Highly recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a place to stay in Phuket.

Convenient location, good service, the hotel is in Phuket town, near the morning business market, fruit is very fresh, the night there are a lot of local stalls and roadside restaurants, taste good and very cheap, rent a motorcycle to go to the shopping malls and supermarkets, as well as the massage is very convenient, suitable for friends like us want to slow down to experience the local flavor of Thailand, very recommended ~ the hotel service is very intimate, I would like to thank my friends Tar, Toto and Paul, I have a torn ligament in my ankle and I can't move easily, Tar helped me up the steps with both hands in front of the hotel every time and told me to walk slowly and don't be in a hurry, she cared about my foot every day to see if my foot is getting better or not, Paul is a very handsome boy, when I came back to the hotel, he came out from the front desk to help me, and he let me ride on his arm to go up the steps, he is very gentlemanly. Every time I came back to the hotel they both greeted us very kindly. Toto was very polite, every time we went out to play or came back to the hotel he always opened the gate in advance and helped me with my wheelchair, took care of me to get on the motorbike and helped us with our luggage when we came back, he was very cute with a smile. The three friends were conscientious and professional and passionate about their work. This hotel is truly a home away from home and made us feel warm in a foreign country~…

May did an amazing job, attending and accommodating my requests. She was attentive and present all the time. Beds are clean, the atmosphere is relaxing and calm. There is plenty of massage centers near by the hotels also a small shopping mall.
