Fantastic - again. Far beyond a usual B&B room with huge private lounge and large bedroom. Open views across the valley. Lovely hosts; simple delicious breakfast of good local food served to our room so could be enjoyed at our leisure. Can't praise highly enough!

Perfectly located in an idyllic setting, we could not have asked for better. Minutes away from the village of Hay-on-Wye, we enjoyed every minute of our stay in this part of Wales. Our host, Jules, provided first-class accommodations and a delicious breakfast...and went above and beyond to help with a little surprise birthday celebration. We had a great time!

Thank you so much for the kind words and insights into being a guest with us! All feedback is useful and I'd be interested (genuinely) to know how hospitality trays can be improved? The biscuits I provide are Fair-trade and top of the range and hopefully you enjoyed the cake on arrival (?) but if it's a case of quantity,...

We had a really lovely two night stay . The property is ideally located in a beautiful spot just outside Hay on Wye ( an easy 10 -15 minute stroll into town) with lovely views of the surrounding countryside from our suite. The suite was tremendous (even better than it looks on the photographs). it was warm and comfortable, incredibly...
