Detailed Reviews
Oh wow, what a find! Just needed a local bed for the night as we had a function at the village hall which is 2 minutes walk away, but we ended up with the most lovely hosts who were attentive but not intrusive.
The bedroom, no 3, was quirky (I'd call it the room of cupboards!!), beautifully decorated, supplied with everything you need and most importantly a gloriously comfy bed with amazing cloud like pillows and immaculately clean!!!!
The guesthouse looks quite normal from the front but it's a paradise like tardis. The gardens are beautiful (even with our dry summer and recent downpours). It's all so peaceful. It was perfect to relax before we headed to our party and just wonderful for the delicious home cooked breakfast the next morning.
We don't live too far away but would definitely stay again. Cannot fault it.... And I'm hard to please!! Thank you Silma and Tina.

My wife and I stayed here for two nights while we attended Goodwood for a flight in a Spitfire. We had a superb twin room which was immaculate and attention to detail was tremendous. Lots of tea and coffee in the room with biscuits. Breakfast either indoors or alfresco was excellent quality and lots of it. The hosts made us most welcome and we enjoyed sitting in the garden just chatting. We have stayed in many places but without doubt a real gem of a place to stay if you are in the Chichester area.

We stayed at the Brufords with my wife for a few days, you feel very welcomed, an amazing B&B, lovely friendly people and environment. Its a real traditional experience to be in such an environment. Room was fantastic, like staying in a small house with all the relavant essentials available. Hair dryer, iron, fridge, microwave, sitting area, tv etc. Theres a bus stop just a little walk down the road which takes you to Chichester town, all close to get to.

I was visiting a friend in the area and she recommended the Brufords B&B. I stayed in room #2 for three nights. The bed was comfortable and the linens lovely. There was a microwave and dishes as well as a small fridge. Additionally there were some snacks, and an assortment of teas. The toiletries in the shower excellent and did not have overpowering aromas. My room was quiet in spite of being right off the breakfast area. The first morning was lovely but I chose to eat inside. I ate a full English breakfast every morning (extra charge) and was very satisfied. Tina and Silma were friendly and quite attentive. The neighborhood is charming, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

We recently stayed in Room 7 whilst visiting a Goodwood event. We were very impressed with the room - immaculate, great attention to detail, very spacious and comfy. Breakfast was served outside which was lovely and Tina and Sylvie were very welcoming hosts. We would return without hesitation!

We stayed in room n. 7 back in April for a wedding nearby. Room n.7 looked amazing from the photos but even better in person! It was super clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We slept so well! An added bonus was how accommodating Tina and the team were for our dietary requirements. We let her know ahead of time that we are vegan, and the breakfast that we got in the morning was fantastic. An extra lovely touch was the vegan snacks we got in the room! If we are ever back in the area it’s a no-brainer for us to stay here again.

I stopped here for 2 nights, which was the ideal place stay as I was treating myself to a retirement Spitfire flight.
I was so impressed with how clean an tidy my room was and all the facilities.
Silma and Tina took a genuine interest my Spitfire experience and were lovely hosts which made me feel most welcome.
I had breakfast outside, a lot of choices and plenty to eat too!
It really is a lovely place to stay and if I'm ever in the area again i will definitely want to stop there again

My 84 year old dad stayed here after 2 days of troublesome travel. He could not have found a more humane, helpful, loving and caring place to stay. Staff went well over the service levels and did way beyond to make his stay unforgettable! Absolutely like none i have ever seen! My deepest gratitude!

This was our third or fourth visit -always associated with the Chichester Cathedral Flower Festival. We are always made so very welcome - the room is very comfortable and the breakfasts are to die for. We look forward to our next visit.

A warm and welcoming place with clean and comfortable rooms. I slept really well and the breakfast was also excellent, so what more can you ask for? We're definitely planning to go back again in the not too distant future. The gardens would be perfect to sit in and enjoy a few drinks on a summer's evening.
