The Leonardo Plaza Cypria Maris Beach Hotel & Spa is highly regarded for its ample amenities and impeccable service, with guests often lauding the friendly and attentive staff. Nestled in a prime beachfront location in Paphos, it offers scenic walks and proximity to local attractions. While the lively entertainment adds to the hotel's vibrant atmosphere, some guests seek more tranquility. Room maintenance and noise levels have been a concern for some, yet the hotel's overall cleanliness and room views receive commendations. The value proposition elicits mixed feelings due to variable food quality and additional charges.

We had a ropey start, room wasn’t cleaned properly, headboard faux leather all chipped, grouting in the shower all coming away. We were shown another room which was exactly the same but no sea view so we stuck with the first option. The maid came straight away and cleaned the room and a new headboard was installed 2 days later. We went to the pool area to reserve our sunbeds and were told to come back at 8am the next day and see Maria, we went the next morning and Maria informed us she had been off for 3 days and so she wouldn’t remember what beds we wanted so come back at 8 am the next day, we went later in the afternoon and told her we were happy to reserve the beds we had found, she was eating a large bowl of chips and gave us 3 pieces of card and stuck 3 pieces of sellotape on my wife’s hand, “stick these on your beds, I’m too busy”!!!
We were Deluxe guests and to be honest I wouldn’t return as a normal AI guest, the extras included made our holiday. The buffet food was average with breakfast being the best meal, the option of dining in the Deluxe air conditioned lounge for breakfast was excellent with tetra packs of fresh juice available instead of the watered down machine juice in the main buffet. The 4 themed restaurants Oriental, Greek, Lebanese and Italian were all of an excellent standard provided you can book in, the drinks served within then were all standard AI which are poor so we took our own Deluxe wine and beer in.
The pool area was unfortunately very cramped as there was a large wedding party in the hotel who took over large areas of the pool, ordering large rounds of drinks, being loud and throwing balls around, more consideration to guests should have been taken. There are signs around the pool stating no inflatables, ball games etc… but these rules are not enforced and the little shop even sells them.
The standard AI drinks didn’t look appealing but with Deluxe you get premium drinks such as cans of Heineken, Carlsberg, John Smiths, Strongbow, Pepsi, 7 up, bottles of Keo and Sol etc….premium spirits such as Baileys, Jack Daniels etc…The difference in standards did seem to cause a bit of jealousy for example an old couple gained access to the Deluxe lounge one night and demanded to know why they couldn’t have our facilities, on another 3 young guys barged in and totally raided the fridges!!!
We found the entertainment to be varied and you could always find something to watch, for example on one night there were
singers with 3 Greek dancers in the main bar,
fire breathing act followed by a disco at the pool bar, a guitarist in the Greek restaurant, saxophonist in the Italian, belly dancer in the Lebanese and the nightclub was open till Midnight or 1am if you were Deluxe.
All Bar and Restaurant staff were excellent and good fun. In summary I would suggest go Deluxe or put up and shut up, we had a fabulous stay and would return again, Deluxe of course!!!!!

Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your review. We are delighted that you appreciated the swift action of our maid service and the rapid headboard replacement in your room, ensuring your comfort remained a priority during your stay. Additionally, we are pleased that the exclusive perks as a Deluxe guest, such as the variety of premium drinks and personalized service, contributed to making your holiday special. However, we apologize for certain aspects of your stay falling short of your expectations. We regret to hear about the initial condition of your room and the issues encountered with the sunbed reservation process, which clearly did not reflect the high standards we strive to uphold. We understand the importance of a serene and orderly pool area, and we will remind our staff to diligently enforce the guidelines for the enjoyment of all our guests. We also take note of your comments regarding the buffet offerings and will consider how we might further enhance the dining experience. Nonetheless, it is great that you enjoyed our diverse entertainment options, ensuring there was always something to captivate your interest. We also take pride in our attentive bar and restaurant staff, who consistently aim to provide exceptional service. Finally, we're thrilled that the delightful experiences at our themed restaurants, along with the quality of the breakfast served, left a lasting positive impression on you. We hope we will have the opportunity to see you again in the future. Best regards, Vasilis Kalsatos, General Manager

Arrived 3rd Sept. after a long flight from Wales due to a delay we were greeted warmly at reception. This was our third visit here. Theo recognised us provided us with a much needed drink and again a lovely welcome. Our room was clean and comfortable and they had provided us with sandwiches chocs fruit and bubbly as we were so late. Fatoulla the amazing head waitress greeted us with open arms next morning and took care of us throughout our stay as also all the staff in every department we visited. Maria a sheer gem looked after us at the towel section. Nothing was too much trouble for her. Visited the Leanese, Asian Italian and buffet. Choice of food is out of this world and provides quality in all dining areas, you will not be disappointed. Tamara another huge asset to this Hotel was there for you at all times. We had the deluxe room and were able to use the Executive lounge which was so relaxing and fully stocked with quality drinks, coffee tea and lots of goodies plus daily newspapers . We stayed in room 654 which was perfect cleaned daily tea coffee water replenished daily. The cleaners work so hard to keep this hotel at its best and admiration for their commitment to their work. Entertainment was very good especially top marks to Theo for joining in the dance routine very entertaining. You are a gem and regard you as a good friend by now as we do with you all there. Do not hesitate to book this hotel. You will not regret it. We will be back ASAP.

A short 20-minute transfer from the airport brings you to this lovely hotel on the outskirts of Paphos. Around 2.5 miles to the harbour and castle.
Check–in was swift, and in no time we were installed in our room. We had booked a Deluxe room, so we were on the 6th floor. Being in this type of room gives you a number of benefits. Firstly, you get a Platinum wristband which gives you access to many Branded drinks. This also includes small individual bottles of wine over the bar. This is much better quality than out of the pumps in the restaurant. Also, you may need to prompt the bar staff with just which brand of drink you require, sometimes they don’t see your wristband. Bottles of water are available in your room, these are replaced when needed. (Note Non Deluxe rooms only receive one bottle at the start of their stay, this must be taken and refilled at the bar). Secondly, you get access to the Executive Lounge located just behind the lifts on the 6th floor (your room keycard opens this door) this is a quiet haven which comes with seating inside or outside on the balcony and with well-stocked food and drink available as well as daily newspapers. You are able to find beer, wine, juices and sodas etc. here. Thirdly, you can reserve a sunbed and umbrella in a location of your choosing. Just find unreserved beds and let Maria know at the towel desk, she will then place reserved cards on these and they are yours for the duration of your stay. Hotel management needs to be a bit more proactive on policing this. It seems that many hotel guests seem unaware of the Deluxe room guests reservation scheme, so they take over reserved beds only to be turfed off by Maria once the rightful owners arrive. This can cause bad feelings all round, so management, please inform everyone so they know to look for the reservation cards.
Other reviewers have commented negatively on the offerings in the buffet restaurant, but we only have praise for the sheer depth and number of choices of dishes on offer. The food was hot and fresh. We are fussy eaters and we always found a multitude of things to eat.
For a quick bite at lunchtime you can get a hot snack or sandwiches just next to the little Italy restaurant near the pool. This is swimwear friendly.
As my wife has reduced mobility we have to ensure that the hotel is accessible. We were pleased to see that is was. We could leave our room on the 6th floor and go down to the pool level (-1) and get to our sunbeds without encountering any steps. Even to take her wheelchair from there down to the coastal path there was only one small ramp to negotiate. So a thumbs up for access.
The staff all work very hard. They are from all parts of the globe, so many languages are spoken. Our thanks go to all of them for making our stay an enjoyable one.

Dear Guest, Thank you for this great review. We are thrilled to hear that your journey from the airport to our hotel set the tone for a delightful stay, and that the check-in process was efficient, getting your holiday off to a smooth start. However, we understand the importance of the sunbed reservation system for our Deluxe room guests and acknowledge the inconvenience that may have been caused by its oversight. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, and we will certainly look into improving communication and management in this area to ensure a seamless experience for all our guests. Nonetheless, it is fantastic that you found the exclusive benefits of the Deluxe room, such as the Platinum wristband and access to the Executive Lounge, to be of high value. It is affirming to know that the variety and quality of our culinary offerings met your expectations, providing delightful dining experiences throughout your stay. Finally, we are pleased that the accessibility of our facilities allowed you and your wife to move around comfortably, enhancing your overall experience at Leonardo Plaza Cypria Maris Beach Hotel & Spa. We look forward to welcoming you back soon. Kind regards, Vasilis Kalsatos, General Manager

Stayed for a week and the hotel was okay, when we arrived we were placed in an awful room overlooking a skip full of rubbish & right above the nightclub with excessive noise. When we spoke with a lady at reception and informed her of the problems we had within the room which were no aircon, broken shower, tiny room, mold on outside chairs & overlooking a skip that slept awful, she was very abrupt and rude to us and not very helpful. Eventually we were placed in a different room on a different floor which was better but again average. The beds are okay, very firm so not the most comfortable. The pillows are awful and have no support leaving us both with a very sore neck each day. The rooms are modern but are in need of TLC. Our shower overflowed constantly foooding our bathroom every time we showered, it also ran very very hot occasionally when showering which was really u pleasant. The smell of the drains when showering was also absolutely awful.

The maids aren’t very friendly & seem to do the minimum when it comes to cleaning the rooms such as the towels being changed and bins emptied, we did not have fresh sheets once the whole holiday and we stayed for a week.

The main buffet restaurant is good and serves a variety of meals each night, we were happy with the food. The restaurant you can book get booked very quickly, we went to “Little Italy” on our final night but was very disappointed with the food as it was tasteless and not pleasant and it took over 45 minutes to come out to us.

The pool area is beautiful with a very nice pool & pool beds in the water, the bar serves very good cocktails and drinks however again, the staff are not the friendliest and snarl at you when asking for drinks. The pool could also do with some TLC, the drains are very very dirty that run along the side of the pool and a lot of the beds are broke and fall down when sitting on them.

The situation with the sunbeds is another thing we were not happy with as we were unaware that unless you are on floor 6 you cannot reserve beds, this meant that we had to get up at 7 every morning to secure beds as it was very small amounts of sunbeds remaining after the reserved beds were taken, some of which were not even used in a day just left with a reserved sign which we felt was very unfair. There are sunbeds on the grass and beach but if you want one you’re the pool it means an early get up to secure your beds.

The location of the hotel is great, around a 20
Minute walk along the beach front to get to the harbour which is a lovely walk at night time. We paid a considerable amount to come on what we believed would be a “luxury” holiday but we were somewhat disappointed with many areas of the hotel and the rudeness of the staff.

The lifts are also terrible, they take a very long time to get to the floor and are often too full to get in. The aircon in the whole building is not very good considering it’s still 32 degrees most days.

I would say this is more of a 3 star hotel, when walking along the beach front you can see a lot of the other hotels which appear to be much more luxurious and have caught our eye for next time.

Despite having an overall good holiday, we would not return to this hotel.

Arrived mid afternoon and greeted with a cold drink whilst checking in.
The hotel is kept spotless. Our chambermaid kept our room spotless, and every afternoon on return to our room, we were greeted by a different animal made from towels.
There is plenty to choose from in the restaurant. Dined in Italian and Asian restaurants, which was a good experience
Guest relations were very helpful with any queries we had.
Plenty of sun bed available, but before you put your towel down, make sure there isn't a tag on the bed as premium guests can reserve their sunbeds for the duration of their stay. Would be nice to have mattresses on the sun beds though.
Bar staff at all the bars work very hard, so please be a little patient at busy times.
The snack bar by the pool was a good alternative to the buffet restaurant.
The only thing that needs addressing is the entertainment area in the lobby. No where near enough chairs and tables. And several of the musicians were too loud for such an enclosed area.
All in all, it was a very pleasant holiday with no complaints.

We returned a week ago from a week’s holiday at the Leonardo. We arrived late and was welcomed by a member of staff who took our bags and welcomed us with drinks whilst we filled out some forms. As we arrived late a selection of sandwiches and some bottles of water were placed in the fridge in our room. We booked a premium sea view which was on the 5 th floor. The room was very spacious and clean and had a sofa bed for our teenage daughter. The rooms air con was great which was a god send with the weather being so hot! The robe and slippers that were left in the room to were a nice touch.
The room was cleaned daily which included fresh towels and bottles of water. The cleaners always seemed friendly and you could see how hard they worked.
The food we thought was good and there was always plenty of choice. There was clear signs for allergies and the food was regularly checked and changed by staff.
We managed to book the Italian restaurant which Tamara at guest relations. The food very very nice and we throughly enjoyed our meal.
With regards to the sun beds unless you book deluxe it’s impossible to get a sun bed by the pool as they were reserved, sometimes not always occupied but we were happy to sit on the grass area which we found more shady. The pool bar was great and we found the selection of drinks to be very good. The snack bar which we used a couple of times was good also.
The evening entertainment was mainly live music which we enjoyed whilst enjoying a cocktail.
As we had a late flight home we were given the choice to pay extra for late check out which we did till 5pm for 90 euros.
As we had an issue with our transfer bus not turning up the blonde lady at reception ( sorry I didn’t catch your name) was happy to help and quickly resolved the problem so we could get on our way. Thankyou!
We thank you Leonardo for a lovely holiday.

We are thrilled that you found our staff welcoming, and that the amenities and cleanliness of your room contributed to a comfortable stay. After a 5 hour delay we arrived at the hotel, check in was quick and painless!! We paid for a deluxe sea view room, it was perfect. Nice view, room modern and clean, access to the lounge which was great to grab a quiet drink or snack.
We originally booked our stay for 6 nights but wanted to stay longer. We were able to change our flights and booked to stay for an extra 2 nights. The reception staff were all fantastic (shout out to George) and sorted this so we could stay in our room. They let us have a late check out (12pm) and allowed us a room to shower/change in before our late afternoon departure. Very impressed!!
Drinks- We were silver band (deluxe room) premium drinks included plus cocktails. All drinks were good. I loved the Pino colada slushies- refreshing!!
Food- Food was tasty- I am quite fussy, but always found something to eat!! The meals are sometimes slightly mis matched, but when at all inclusive buffets you always try a bit of everything anyway! We dined at Little Italy (Italian) and Hawas (Lebanese) They have set menus. I loved the Saxophone player playing music whilst dining at Little Italy, Food was very good. Hawas was even tastier!! I didn't really like the food at the snack bar- chicken kebab, burgers, hotdogs. I preferred the buffet indoors.
Sunbeds- Plenty of them. We could reserve sunbeds (deluxe room). We prefer the beach so had beds on the sand overlooking the cove. Pool is not for us- never used it so can't comment.
Our beach was the only one with a sandy entrance to it. Alot of other hotels along this strip have very rocky coves!! However, 4 hotels to the right (Olympic lagoon) have a beautiful larger sandy cove (We married here 2 years ago) so we did walk there for a swim too (it's worth it).
Have to shout out to Maria on the Pool towels! Lovely lady!!!! And Naomi and Reugene at the pool bar for remembering our daily drink orders! All staff were friendly and helpful!! Cleaning ladies did a fantastic job, always with a smile on their faces.
Visited the Spa and had a wonderful massage. Well worth the money. Also had a fish spa!
I couldn't fault our stay, so thank you for having us.
Tips- Hired a car for 90 euros for 2 days
Visited the Monastery, Paphos castle, the harbour, the Archaeological site, St. Pauls Pillar, the Sea caves, Coral bay and Edro shipwreck.
Sea caves were beautiful- we climbed, explored and swam.
Love Paphos and will be back.

Dear Liz, Thank you very much for your kind review. We are thrilled to hear that your stay with us was filled with so many delightful experiences. We are pleased that you appreciated the quick check-in process, your deluxe sea view room, and the exclusive access to our lounge. It's wonderful to know that our reception staff, particularly George, provided exceptional service and facilitated a seamless extension of your stay, along with a convenient late check-out. The refreshing Pina colada slushies and the quality of our premium drinks have been designed to cater to your tastes, and we're glad they hit the mark. However, we regret to hear that the offerings at the snack bar did not live up to your expectations. While we aim to present a diverse range of dining options, we understand that individual tastes may vary, and we value your preference for our buffet selection. Nonetheless, the positive aspects of your stay continued to shine, from the ample sunbeds reserved for deluxe room guests to your pleasurable experiences at the beach and with our pool towel service. Our dedicated housekeeping team works tirelessly to ensure that all our guests enjoy a clean and comfortable environment, and it's rewarding to know their efforts are noticed and appreciated. Arrived at hotel to be greeted by a very positive and helpful staff member - drinks provided and registration form to complete. Went to check in and were advised that our reservation was upgraded to Executive - we never saw the studio we had booked - nor were we offered this option. Room on 6th floor on corner of building with extensive sea view. On next morning very poor hot water supply to bathroom handbasin - assumed due to volume in use ! However still same on day 2 - when I found discarded ‘personal’ property in bathroom drawer - clearly not been checked prior to our use. TV screen was faulty with numerous pixels burned out. These matters reported to reception and they were resolved same day. The shower was an issue all week - which I was able to resolve by attention to the cross over valve mechanism - didn’t want to keep bothering maintenance. Like many others though we were annoyed at how often the TV signal failed at ‘important’ parts of programmes we were trying to watch - engineer suggested it was problem with remote - changed it - no difference! The hotel was busy and this was accentuated at meal times when there was no option to eat outside. The ‘canteen’ was very noisy and large being groups seated together on ‘reserved tables’ added to the raucous nature of their conversations. Food best described as ‘average’ until the last night - when I would rate the meal as excellent - and I personally thanked the Chef, and told him that it was a better meal than that taken in their speciality restaurant two nights earlier. We spoke to a number of guests who - although ‘all inclusive’ had, after just one meal taken, decided to eat away from the hotel. The bar area was a nightmare - very cramped and noisy - with insufficient seating available to guests. Drinks were very varied - cocktails were sporadic with some excellent / some poor. If staff are not competent to make them then they shouldn’t - they should be trained first. So- the location is excellent and we enjoyed our walks into the Town, and also convenient to connect onto the highway system. Overall, as I fed back to hotel directly, this is not a hotel that I would consider returning to

Dear Guest, Thanks for your review about our hotel. We are pleased that you appreciated the warm welcome provided by our friendly staff, as well as the unexpected delight of an upgrade to an Executive room. Our team strives to create positive moments for our guests from the very start, ensuring a pleasant beginning to their stay. However, we regret to hear about the issues you encountered with the hot water supply and TV signal interruptions. We understand these aspects are crucial for a comfortable stay and we apologize for any inconvenience caused. In addition, we are sorry that the discarded personal property found in your room has marred your trust in our housekeeping standards. We take such feedback seriously and act to reinforce our rigorous room preparation processes. Regarding your dining experience, we recognize that the ambiance during meal times can greatly affect the enjoyment of our culinary offerings. We are reviewing how we can improve the atmosphere within our dining areas to enhance the overall experience. Lastly, the consistency of our cocktail preparations is an area we are looking to address with additional training for our bar staff to meet the high expectations of our guests. Nonetheless, we are delighted that you enjoyed the breathtaking extensive sea view from your 6th-floor corner room, showcasing the prime beachfront location of our resort. Our coastal setting is indeed designed to provide both tranquility and easy access to the town and local attractions. On your final evening, we are thrilled that the quality of the meal met your expectations, and your personal thanks to our Chef has been shared and greatly appreciated. We are hoping to welcome you back in the future. All the best. Vasilis Kalsatos, General Manager

We have just returned from 10 days and we had a lovely stay.

Arrival/Room

We arrived late and were greeted by the porter who took our bags and offered us a drink which was a nice tough. Helen checked us in and was very friendly and informative, as we had arrived late we had missed any food so Helen advised we had some sandwiches waiting in our fridge in the room which I thought was lovely. We had booked the Deluxe room and had 616, the room was lovely with a great sea view and was spotlessly clean and maintained throughout our stay. The only minor issue we had with the room was the app wouldn't work to book the restaurants, after liaising with Tamara in guest relations she advised it was a system error with that room number but she was able to book our reservations no problem.

Restaurants

We dined in all of the A la Carte restaurants during our stay and ate at the buffet only once for breakfast and one for dinner. After reading some of the reviews I was concerned the food wouldn't be great but we were more than happy with it. The best restaurants for us were the Asian, Lebanese and Greek. Shout out to Raj from the Asian restaurant who went out of his way to get me the cocktail of my choice. As we had booked a Deluxe room we also got access to the premium lounge on the 6th floor. This was great because it was quieter and we could relax more having breakfast in the morning and then we would head up late afternoon for beer and snacks. I would highly recommend booking this option if you don't like a lot of crowds and the main buffet was intense and a little overwhelming.

Gym

We used the gym regularly during our stay, a good variety of equipment but they need to get air conditioning or some stronger fans as it was too hot at times.

Local Area

The hotel is located right on the beach so it was a nice spot to walk long the beachfront, the area is very well maintained and the locals are all vert friendly. Be aware if you don't like cats because there are cats everywhere but they are no harm and very friendly. We went into the Harbour twice for dinner which was lovely. We also ate out at a bar called Kahlua which is only a 5 min walk from the hotel this was a highlight of the trip.

Negatives

The only negative we had which is why it's 4 out of 5 for the review is the quality of the drinks. The cocktails were very poor in our opinion, very watered down. The wine was awful, we tried to persevere a few times as we love to enjoy a glass of red wine with dinner but it was freezing cold from a tap and just tasted like vinegar. They do offer a gold package where you can upgrade to premium brands but we witnessed some staff giving premium brands to people with the basic wrist bands so I feel it wasn't the type of alcohol being used and more of the lack of cocktail training, which is a shame because for the price you are paying you should be able to get a nicely made cocktail.

Overall we had a lovely relaxing stay, the staff were all great and would recommend staying here.

We are thrilled to read that your encounter with our welcoming staff, specifically Helen and Tamara, started your stay on a high note, and that you found the Deluxe room with its breathtaking sea view to your satisfaction. It is also gratifying to hear that the cleanliness of the room exceeded your expectations, contributing to an enjoyable stay. Nice hotel just outside Paphos. You can walk to the harbour down the coastal road in about 45 minutes or get a bus (611) for around €2. Food in the buffet was nice with a good variety. Asian was the best a la carte although the head waiter Martin was rude to guests and staff shouting. Night club was good with a really nice and barman called Kevin. Main entertainment could be better. Suggest deluxe rooms as you get premium drinks and a reserved sun lounger which is a big plus in high season. Sunbeds are uncomfortable because they don't have cushions or mattresses like other hotels. Aqua and Zumba really good with very good instructors. Pool is freezing as not heated so a shock to enter. Breakfast in the 6th floor lounge is not be best and stone cold although meant to be hot although it is a really nice quiet place for a drink, look at the papers and snacks. If you get time go to the mini golf one block behind the hotel only 8.50 euros for 18 holes but really good adventure golf. Beach is not much and poor sand and rocky. The buses are good value and quick. It is possible to get a day ticket for €6.50 a person. If you get the 611 and 615 you can see paphos castle, tombs of the kings and corel bay all in one day. Overall a nice week and you get 30 mins to use a room to shower including use of full facilities and food and drink before your departure.

Dear Guest, Thanks for your review about our hotel. We are delighted that you enjoyed our hotel, the variety of food in our buffet, and our Asian a la carte restaurant. It's great to hear that you found our night club an enjoyable spot and that our barman Kevin added positively to your experience. We are also thrilled that the aqua and Zumba sessions were to your liking, and we appreciate your kind words about our departure facilities. However, we regret that your interaction with one of our head waiters was not up to our usual standards of courtesy and professionalism. We apologize for any discomfort you may have experienced with the sun loungers and understand the importance of comfort for our guests. Regarding the pool temperature, we aim to maintain a balance that suits most of our guests, but we apologize if it was not to your preference. We also take note of your remarks regarding the temperature of the breakfast on the 6th floor and will investigate this matter further to ensure our usual high standards are met. Finally, we are pleased that you recognized the advantageous location of our hotel and found the local transportation options convenient for exploring the attractions of Paphos. Your positive remarks on the overall experience and the convenience of our local mini-golf are much appreciated, and we're glad these aspects enhanced your stay with us. We are hoping to welcome you back in the future. All the best. Vasilis Kalsatos, General Manager

Not at all - we are in our 60/70s and found that there were a lot of people of that age in the hotel. t has a really nice mix from wedding parties to golf weekends. There are also a fair number of Cypriots who have a long weekend Enjoy

I suggest you ask the hotel direct - they are available by e-mail and answered my pre arrival query in under 12 hours. In January the Greek and French restaurants were closed as was the beach bar. The poolside snack bar was open during the after noon but everywhere is very accessible - even down to sandwiches which appeared in the main bar on an evening Each night in the main restaurant has a theme so you still get a varity of foods

As I remember they are looking for smart casual - no swimming attire and slightly more formal on an evening - this answer applies to the main restaurant only as the others were closed in January. It's really quite relaxed As a bonus the food is great

In our room there were twin sockets either side of the bed with inbuilt phone connector. I think there are other plugs underneath the bedside tables -- all plugs are UK 3 pin
