The Parkside Boutique Lodge was a WONDERFUL place to stay while in Rotorua. Conveniently located just 10 minutes west of the city in Ngongotaha, the location is a quiet residential area with lovely views. The rooms are beautifully appointed with every detail cared for. There is a gym, which we used for stretching after some amazing hikes in the area. Breakfast included in your stay, not to mention some great company. Viv, the host, is just one of the loveliest humans I have ever met.

This is the most wonderful B&B. Impeccable. VERY clean, brand new, and so cozy. Beds are new and fabulous, very expensive linens and towels, bathrobes and slippers too! Incredible value. Lovely breakfast. Each room is spacious with generous storage. Lots of towels, great toiletries. This is more like a 5 star hotel. On top of everything, there is a cute gym, sauna and pool. Also a comfortable lounge area to read or have a glass of wine in. Lovely set up, only 3 rooms and so close to everything. Absolutely perfect. We didn't want to leave.

Fantastic 2 days stay in Parkside Boutique Lodge. Good sized bedroom with private bathroom in peaceful location. Spotlessly clean and comfortable. Every detail is thought of. Unfortunately, we didn't have time to enjoy the sauna and the pool. Thank you Vivienne for making our stay a perfect one. We hope to visit again.

Vivienne our host was welcoming and kind but not intrusive. The accommodation was beautiful, very stylish but also spotless and comfortable. What a bonus to have the use of a home gym and pool. Breakfast was very nice … fresh fruit salad, yogurt, savoury options croissants and great coffee. We would certainly stay there again.

This was an exquisite experience. Everything was to the highest standard and the attention to detail was amazing, Perfect bedroom, excellent facilities, great guest area and facilities, lovely pool with extra pool towels. The warmth of welcome and the ambience of the place was a piece of luxury on our way round NZ. Viv could not have been kinder.

We really enjoyed our 2 night stay here. Viv was a friendly and accommodating host with a great eye for detail. The bright and modern decor and leafy surroundings made us feel cheery despite the rainy weather! The furnishings in the room were luxurious and room/bathroom were spacious. Everything was beautifully clean, and had been carefully considered - from having antibacterial wipes on hand, to the shared kitchen stocked with beverages and snacks we could help ourselves to. The continental breakfast was simple and fresh to get us going in the morning. There were extra amenities such as the gym, sauna & pool which we didn't get a chance to use but the wide range of leaflets helped us plan our activities. Our time staying here exceeded our expectations.

This is a wonderfully peaceful place to stay. The room was excellent with a very large comfortable bed, spacious en suite with a very powerful shower, terrace outside the window overlooking the garden and countryside views which would be delightful in good weather. Unfortunately the weather was not good enough for us to enjoy sitting outside or the heated pool. The whole accommodation was exceptionally clean, breakfast excellent ( particularly the bowl of fresh fruit every morning ) and our host Vivienne is a lovely lady with good knowledge of the area and recommendations which she is happy to pass on if requested. Although just outside Rotorua it is a very easy and quick drive into town. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily stay again. Thank you Vivienne.
