Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Beautiful B&B in a picturesque setting. Beds are very comfortable and our room was toasty warm. Carolyn who ran the B&B was very informative and an excellent cook, the breakfasts were excellent and the cake she gave to us was delicious! Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this excellent B&B!

My second visit to Easter Garth and yet again an absolute pleasure to stay there. Carolyn is such an excellent host and provides a clean, comfortable, cosy experience. A lovely place to stay, highly recommended, and if you're lucky you can watch deer in the garden while you have your breakfast.

This is the third time we have stayed at Easter Garth. We love coming back here. The house is beautiful, so full of character. Carolyn is a fabulous host and her breakfasts are a treat. Full Scottish breakfast one day and smoked salmon the next! The rooms are comfortable and stylish, and there are some lovely walks nearby. We will definately be back!

Carolyn is most welcoming, and nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are very comfortable, well-appointed, clean and fresh. Breakfast has generous portions and is very tasty and filling. I have stayed in other places in the local area that cost three times as much, but delivered less than a third of the quality and value of Easter Garth. If travelling to the Rosneath, Kilcreggan, Coulport, Garelochhead, Faslane, or Helensburgh area - stay here or miss out!

A fantastic place to stay. Very welcoming hosts, excellent quality room. Food was of a high standard. The little touches so as a decent quality internet enabled TV, high quality bedding and towels and good coffee push it to the top level. One to put on your list of high quality guest houses when exploring Scotland.

Fabulously welcoming, lovely clean, well appointed rooms, excellent breakfast. I would thoroughly recommend Easter Garth, as the best place to stay on the Roseneath peninsula. Close to both Faslane and Kilkreggan.
