Really lovely stay with a top quality breakfast. Would definitely revisit. The location is perfect for access to the New Forest and Sarah was very warm and welcoming. The house is in a working farm and would be amazing in the summer to stroll around and use as a base. I'm told there is a BBQ available in summer, which would be amazing given the locale.

Beautiful setting, beautiful house run by a lovely couple. Breakfast was amazing.Great places around the surrounding areas to visit. If a pub was walking distance I would of given it 10/10, so sadly 9.99/10. Highly recommend, looking forward to another visit

Thank you for your lovely comments - the Bold Forester is a mile walk away, the golf course pub the same but not in the dark evenings as there are no pavements. Country roads are great but never have pavements so strange. All the best Chris & Pete

Stayed last night in an exceptionally clean and comfortable double room at this wonderful farm house. It was warm, inviting and a wealth of information was available for the surrounding area, where to eat, drink, and visit. Breakfast was most excellent, with fresh fruit, cereal, toast and of course the full English, with option of home made kedgeree too. Pete and Chris very friendly, welcoming and a pleasure to talk too. A absolute must stay!

Very comfortable room, with lovely view out over the garden to the fields beyond. Pete and Chris very friendly and welcoming as soon as we arrived and full of knowledge about the surrounding area. Absolutely ideal spot for access to the New Forest and all the picturesque locations around, including the beach! Delicious breakfasts provided and also very flexible about bringing in own food for evening meal in the 'breakfast room'. A brief but very enjoyable stay - would most certainly visit again!

Stayed here last weekend and had a lovely relaxing time. Pete and Chris the owners were very friendly and pleasant to deal with. The place is extremely tidy and the room we stayed in was lovely. Great choice of breakfast. On Saturday evening we went for something to eat and drink in Hythe, which is less than 10 mins away, and they advised us it was ok to park in the public car park overnight and they would drop us off on Sunday morning to pick our car up. Pete dropped us off in his lovely jaguar which I thought was a lovely gesture. Would definitely recommend staying here for a relaxing short break. Tracey & Eamonn
