This is a good guesthouse, with expecially good service. The room I had was big but quite sober, actually a bit expensive for the price. But it was more than compensated by the friendly staff, good dinner and breakfast and of course the location.

Delicious Scandinavian lunch. The only choice in town for food is still a great option. However there is a very limited menu for lunch. The location is breathtaking. I only dined here so I can't rate the rooms.

Indeed there is no hairdryer, we had our own. Be aware that would be the same for other guest houses in the Faroe.

Dear Traveller A twin is a room with two beds (separate), a double means, a room with two beds moved together (almost like a queen / King, but with two mattresses. Hope that helped. We had a double in Gjaargardur. Enjoy... More
