This was our first trip to Jersey so we booked the Premier inn as a base for our family of 5 to explore the Island. The hotel is quite central in St Helier but still a bit of a walk to the bus station and Liberation Square (about 15-20 mins). We cannot fault the hotel. Clean, comfortable and staff are so friendly. The breakfast every day was lovely and good value at £10 per adult and kids eat free. Throughout the week here we were eating at a few St Helier Restaurants but one night we were too tired to leave the hotel and used the restaurant downstairs. We weren't expecting much...but we were so surprised! The meal was lovely and was on a par with the Restaurants we'd used in the week. They have a chef so it's cooked fresh (our daughter had macaroni cheese and you could tell it was made from scratch not a tin/ready meal). Also they had offers so with every adult meal you got 2 kids meals for £1. We loved the restaurant so much that we ate here a few other nights. Fantastic value and lovely meals. Special shout out to Billy who served us on two different nights and was lovely, friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again. Bath St itself was a bit rundown but within 5 mins walk your in St Helier centre and the Market is only round the corner. Bloomers bakery on the market is worth a visit with their £2 filled baguette sandwiches. Fantastic value, tasty and a hidden St Helier secret.

We visited Premier Inn Bath Street in February for our yearly family catch-up. We had fantastic time in this hotel, the staff was absolutely amazing from reception through housekeeping to chefs! Nothing was ever too much trouble for them.

My husband suffers with sever allergic reactions after eating cashew nuts, but the breakfast/dinner staff was asking us every single time we went there if we had any allergies! It made us feel really safe and cared for, as we have never been asked that anywhere back in UK! Some of our family members who joined us for breakfast for two days are vegan and surprisingly they were offered vegan bacon and sausages by a lovely chef who made sure the food was tasty and warm.

Rooms were spacious and clean. Shame windows don't open and although clean from the inside seem to have a lot of dust on the outside. Rooms look exactly like on their website which is a huge plus!

At check in we were advised by reception staff to request cleaning service the day before or on the day until midday, which we found a bit odd but asked receptionist why and she explained it's still one of post covid safety measures which does make sense! So we requested our room to be cleaned everyday - which they did.

Bar staff is really accommodating and attentive! Drinks selection was quite limited but we were told they run out of certain alcohols and due to bad weather in Channel Islands still awaiting delivery.

Last year we stayed in Premier Inn Charing Cross but our experience wasn't as fantastic as the one we had in Bath Street!

Overall stay would rate 9,5/10! Would highly recommend this place!!!

I would have given this 4 star. There is building work adjacent just now. Our room was a Premier Plus room, the hotel was not busy, we never saw anyone on our floor. We had breakfast one morning only and it was lovely. Our room was clean and fresh, it should be as the hotel not long open.
The reason I deducted a star is due to the service received at reception. It is not unreasonable when paying for a Plus room to expect to receive the teas/ coffees, chocolates and water you are paying Plus for, when your room is serviced daily. Magda at reception clearly thought otherwise and I was made to feel I was asking for the world, virtually flung the stuff at me with a 'here you go'. 3 days out of 6 I had to go to reception and politely ask. Boy, was I delighted when it was someone else, other staff were lovely may I add! I happened to comment on how I had been made to feel and was told she speaks to everyone like that, staff too, why is she on reception!!! When we checked out it was her again, I won't go on any more but even my husband commented on it was bad, we only asked to leave a case!

Shame for one person to spoil our stay. It took 3 days to sort out our issue. Considering the hotel wasn't busy this is poor.

We stayed for 3 nights on 7/6/22. There were 4 of us staying as a family, on one booking.
When we arrived, we requested 2 rooms close to each other. Despite the hotel being less than half full, we were told this was not possible, and were allocated rooms on different floors.
The rooms were okay, but there was a strong smell of paint in one of the rooms.
Essentials in the room were kept to a minimum, 2 sachets of coffee, 2 small milks, 1 toilet roll and only 1 bath towel.
The rooms were not cleaned or restocked over the 3 nights.
There was no hot breakfast available (we booked this hotel because hot breakfast was advertised), only a small cold breakfast comprising of cerials and toast. There was also no option for a hot evening meal. Even the vending machine was unplugged and empty.
The only real positive for this hotel was an employee called Savannah, who worked tirelessly between the reception and bar area, even cancelling her break to serve us at the bar.
I feel that this new hotel has been opened to soon, with many services not yet in place. Not sure I would stay here again, although it was in a central location.

This hotel is about 6 feet from a building site, that starts at 8am every morning except Sunday. If you are put in a room with odd numbers, ask to be reallocated or you will not get to sleep in, can't even open your curtains else you'll be ogled by builders.

Staff, with the exception of 1 lady, are rude and with zero customer service skills.

If eating in the restaurant, wash your cutlery before you use it, I witnessed one young man, while setting a table, handle the cutlery by the ends that go in your mouth.

All in all, avoid at all costs, use the other one in St. Helier.

The few staff around were very helpful and friendly for the 7 nights we stayed. Unfortunately there just aren't enough of them. We should have been informed at booking stage there is no hot breakfast or evening meals, due to no chef, not when you get there. Also have to request room to be cleaned and re stocked otherwise it wont be, due to not enough housekeepers, and you have to traipse to reception for towels, milk, etc. All ok if they said beforehand and reduced the price. And surprisingly, the mattress was very hard and uncomfortable!

The location of this hotel is a short walk from the centre of St Helier, near a small park. I can honestly say, we did not hear a thing from our 4th floor room, it was so quiet. Our room was premier plus and so was large and had iron, ironing board, large desk area, vanity area, fridge, coffee machine with pods and chocolates.
It looked brand new and very clean.
Restaurant staff are excellent, nothing is too much trouble. We stayed for 7 nights and loved it. Ate in the restaurant at night twice, good both times. Breakfasts were plentiful and well organised.
Nothing negative to say.
Would definitely stay at this hotel again on our next trip to Jersey.

We stayed here for three days for a long weekend trip to Jersey and were very impressed. the hotel is very centrally located but was really quiet at night, so we slept really well. It was very hot while we were there but the air conditioning in the rooms was effective without being noisy.

The rooms were a good size, well-equipped and very clean, as usual for a Premier Inn.

The hotel was very good value for money, as always for Premier Inn they do what they do really well and you don't pay for a lot of frills that you don't need, and I would highly recommend it as a base for a visit to St Helier/ Jersey.

I have visited Jersey for work related purposes this time. My company booked me in Premier Inn Bath Street and I need to admit, they booked the best hotel I could stay in. We used different local hotels in Jersey, but definetely I will advise my company to set an account with them. Easy and smooth check in, spacious and clean rooms, great breakfast and tasty evening meal, reasonable pricing. Shout out to manager Magda (I spoke to her when she was doing evening shift with new team members), great local knowledge, she has a lot of recomandations to give you. I can't forget to mention about lovely staff, starting with young girls on reception (Asia, Hope, Billie), Harry and Paulo I met on the bar, great housekeeping ladies cleaned my room whenever I requested (I met Bianca, she was saying that she wants to be cross trained, so she can help on different departments, well done!) and I would like to say massive thank you to chefs. What a great atmosphere between Team Members, I saw them to have fun at work, it was lovely to see that in hospitality.

When we arrived we were alittle worried as the outside of the hotel looked run down but as soon as you walked through the door we were pleasantly surprised. The reception and restaurant area looked clean and open and modern. We were checked in by Ravi who swiftly got us sorted and directed us to the lift. We stayed in a Premier Plus room. It was spotless! Being an ex hotel housekeeper i do check everywhere. I was surprised to see a bath as thought all premier plus rooms were showers. The shower itself wasnt that powerful and despite having the shower curtain closed it still got the floor wet. We ate in the restaurant a couple of the evenings and breakfast every morning, firstly served by Paolo who was there most evenings, a very bubbly and friendly guy who always had a smile on his face. Also served by Billie and Harry in the restaurant in other evenings too, very informative on what they did and didnt have food wise (was alittle disappointed that there was no bolognese)
Mollie was helpful and went above and beyond to help us when we needed it.
Also the 3 Housekeepers that worked on the Premier Plus floor on Monday 13th-Friday 17th. All of which helped with extra water etc (didnt see their name tags unfortunately)
Couldnt fault this hotel or the staff. They were amazing!
Thank you for making our stay fantastic.
