Three visits in a year (May, June, September), to me that says it all, and I have already made plans to come back next year.

Firstly, I cannot explain how safe and welcome I felt in this country, especially the hotel. One thing you will immediately notice is that all the staff at the hotel give their all and always welcome you with a smile. Any issues or concerns you have, talk to the staff as they will try their very best to please your requirements and needs, such as dietary restrictions and room accessibility.

The hotel is situated on a beachfront, and has a secluded path to its private area of the beach. The hotel has two outdoor bar areas, one by the pool and one down by the beach. The bars offers an arrange of drinks and are managed by a professional team of bartenders, who are always down for a chat. Next to the pool bar, is the snack bar, where lovely Ayoub will be serving pancakes, chips and pizzas. Even, when the bar isn’t open, if you are hungry, speak to Ayoub or a staff member and they will fix something up for you.

For meal times, the main buffet area contains an indoor and outdoor seating area. When you arrive, you will be provided a table that will be yours for the duration of your holiday. However if you ever want to change your table, just ask and they will move you. As for the food, the food is repetitive, but they provide an array of options, so there's always something to eat. Although, I do suggest going out and exploring the local restaurants in town, such as La Playa.

The rooms are clean, spacious and modern. Each day they will be cleaned by the amazing cleaners, who take pride in ensuring the rooms are fresh, clean and are provided with new towels and bathroom essentials. They also even put the extra effort in to lay out beautiful flowers on the bed.

As for the entertainment team, I cannot explain how much the entertainment team brings this hotel to life. They provide numerous activities throughout the day, such as darts, French bowls and aqua gym, and they never force anyone to take part. For the evening entertainment, you will find a different show each night, my favourite being the cabaret show. Each member makes an incredible effort to get to know every guest. I couldn't give enough credit to Loulou, Kimo and Momo. I can honestly say these people are the most hard working people you will ever meet, and just make your holiday that extra special.

With this hotel, what you pay for is what you get, but it is honestly the effort and commitment of the staff that really sells this place.

We booked this as we got a good deal for some sun before the British winter descended. What a little Gem, we were given orange juice on arrival, which was well needed and then shown to our rooms quickly after filling out some forms for ID etc.
the pool is peaceful but lively enough to get in holiday mode, the bar staff are all super friendly and helpful, there is a beautiful walk to the beach where they have a beach bar and restaurant, lovely settees and quabanas for relaxing out of the sun, the food at the beach restaurant is lovely, lots to choose from and the chef never stops.
For me it’s the animation team, the absolutely make the place, lulu especially is a real credit to that hotel and made my daughter (Evie) at ease everyday, she can be shy and was the only English child there so struggled to make friends for any length of time, lulu took her to play connect four, went on slides and went out of her way to check on her and make her feel welcome, as well as being good with my daughter she is generally just a lovely person all round, they all are and you made our holiday, my daughter hasn’t stopped talking about Lou Lou since we got back.
The gent in the cocktail bar in the reception also made a real fuss of the kids, giving them popcorn etc.
The food in main restaurant needs changing up a bit but for cheap week it was okay. There is a lovely restaurant just over the road from the hotel and the portions are huge so if you want a starter make sure your hungry.
Would deffo go again even if it’s just so my daughter can see her buddy Lou Lou again, thanks royal nozha

Beautifully clean and amazing staff!
Upon arrival there is an amazing marble entrance and reception. There is a bell hopper there to take your bags after u check in and take u to your room. Be prepared to tip and to fill out a short form , have your passport ready.

Now, when u get past any language barrier (which there isn't much because their languages are impeccable, some even know 5-8 of them!) You can ask for what you need and they will supply it! The animation team are fabulous and put a lot of hours in making the entertainment fun. Not only for the evening but during the day and get u to play as well. They are approachable and kind and love to get to know everyone's faces here! Medo, Momo, Kemo and LoLo are amazing.

The food is amazingly cooked! If you are a meat eater u will love their meat selection! You may like the fish too but for me they still have too many small bones in some of their seafood so I don't each as much fish. Their pizzas, cakes and salad is so good. Just make sure u read signs and ask chefs what is inside as some words and meanings can get lost in translation. Not a lot for veggies or vegans unfortunately, but, if u ask for any specifics I'm sure they'll find a way to help you! They have food available during the day at the bar and at the beach too if you are all inclusive. They have just enough food varieties to keep your palette happy! There is also an a la carté available at the beach with tasty foods and a great selection on a set menu! This is available once per room per stay.

They are all amazing with children, disabled and the vulnerable and allow everyone to participate if and when they can! There are some stairs, but most are also accomplished with a ramp too. However there are no disabled toilets or baby changing stations either.

As a first timer, this has a lovely, quiet location and there are taxi services available just out front and reception can help, if you have any other information you may need. However , if I were to come again I would remember to look around what is close to the area and how much taxis would cost to get there. I'm not much for haggling at markets but there is a couple of them nearby too. The TUI rep is great at showing u excursions and tours that are available! Make sure to book anything through the holiday rep or the hotel before you book outside. The hotel do book free taxi rides to and from a restaurant called the Delphino! Please take advantage of this its great. Think you can only go once .

Tipping is highly recommended here to be prepared to have cash , it is totally worth the tipping here though because everyone does a fabulous job. They work hard and deserve it. All they want to do is make your holiday comfortable. From the cleaners, to the housekeepers and the chefs, to the bar staff, they are always keeping the place clean and impeccable :D

I will be as honest as I possibly can be with this review, We booked this hotel only a few weeks before we visited and to be honest it was very reasonably price which is why I booked it. All we were looking for was 10 days of just relaxing and doing nothing and we weren’t expecting too much.
The hotel accommodation does look a little tired especially the bedding and towels in the room. But they are comfortable. All the rooms have a small balcony which we only used to hang our beach towels on as the view looking over the car park isn’t inspiring. Our room number was 5019. If you want a better view book a room looking over the pool.
The restaurant
I did find the food very average, but my wife did think there was plenty of choice and she is normally quite fussy, and speaking to a guest who was a vegetarian that sat next to us said there was plenty to choose from. But the 2 things that did annoy me was the amount of flies that were buzzing around the room and the seating arrangement. The tables are right next to each other and you are stuck on the same table for every meal. Unfortunately it does feel very intrusive with other people sitting so close to you.
The final thing I will warn about, is that nearly every couple we spoke to did have someone in the group who suffered with at least 2-3 days with diarrhoea. We can’t say it was from the food, ice, or drinks but do be prepared.
The pool and beach
You can rent beach towels for the sun beds for around £2 for your full stay and change them as often as you like but again they are very tired and worn and small so take your own. Both the beach and pool are well maintained and we alternated from one to the other everyday. The weather was fantastic so nothing really to complain about both were very relaxing places to be.
The drinks are not the best. All local alcohol which is like drinking seriously watered down alcohol. What we did was buy a couple of bottles of our favourite tipple at the airport and I would seriously recommend doing this.I would also recommend you take your own cup for your drinks to save getting up for drinks all the time as the drinks heat up very quickly with the sun.
All the staff work very hard and are very friendly and the animation team never stop but it can be painful watching some of the shows at night.

If you do go, I would recommend you visit a restaurant just outside the hotel gates called triviarta
Fantastic food, great wine and great service and extremely good value, for example starters of king prawns 2 x steaks with all the trimmings a fantastic wine a couple of baileys and about 4 beers came to around £40
Quality

Over all you get what you pay for we booked a cheap and cheerful holiday and that is what we got

From the moment we arrived at the Royal Nozha hotel we were made to feel very welcome by the manager, with a nice cooling drink in the Hibiscus bar while we registered. Up to our spacious room, two double beds, a shower/bathroom (with complimentary toiletries and a hairdryer) and a separate WC. Air conditioning, a refrigerator, TV, telephone and a safe.  We had a nice balcony with table and chairs and a small rail for hanging things to dry. The pool area was great, with ample sunbeds and shades, if you need them. Speak to Mohammed, the pool guy, he was amazing and will find you the perfect spot (don't forget to pay the deposit for the towels at reception!) The pool bar was good too, beer and cocktails all day! Pizza and crepes after 4.00 p.m., also the location where the evening entertainment is held. A 250m walk to the private beach area (a lovely little walk) with lots of sunbeds and Cabañas, Leopard and Maga will sort you out down there, lovely sand and a nice warm calm sea. The bar here serves beer, wine and soft drinks. A la carte restaurant on the beach, you can use once a week, book the day before in the main buffet restaurant. Also, pizzas and crepes from 1.00 p.m. There are lots of activities throughout the day, organised by the amazing Animation team, including, water aerobics, petanque, water polo, darts, stretching yoga, table tennis, bowling, water volleyball. There is also a gym, tennis court and a kids cub! The main restaurant is buffet style and has a huge range of food for all tastes, we were looked after by the amazing Jabari, an absolute legend, nothing was too much trouble for him, even remembering our names and anticipating our drinks orders. I personally recommend the seafood, grilled fish, prawns and mussels. In the evenings, the Hibiscus bar and patio was a great place to unwind, we were expertly looked after by Youssef, what a guy, again remembering our names and remembering what drinks we liked (football often on the TV too!) Evenings entertainment by the pool bar, bingo, music, dancing, live bands, etc. All run by the entertainment team, consisting of: MoMo, KiKo, Kimo LouLou, Alex, Iliam. Served at the pool by the great Wassim and Ryan. There is also a spa, where we paid for a lovely massage, well worth a visit. Our lovely room maids were always very nice and helpful.  Sorry if I've not name checked all the great staff we made friends with. All in all, nothing really bad to say!! I hope to come back some day.

What a lovely hotel.
The staff from cleaners to waiters and bar staff are all so friendly and attentive.

Spotlessly clean everywhere with a great first impression when you enter the lobby / reception which is opulent with marble and rich coloured furnishings.

Our room was spacious and the beds were really, really comfortable. The bathroom, in particular the bath could maybe do with updating but on the whole it was a lovely room

The restaurant was very organised and the waiters were very good at their jobs. Ramzi in particular was great and our drinks were always waiting for us when we got back to our table. You could always find something nice to eat.
My only small complaint would be a lack of fresh fruit juice at breakfast time.

A lovely pool area, nice comfy loungers with a pool bar with the happiest chef I've ever met who loved to cook his crepes and pizzas.

Also a really lovely beach with free sunbeds and a bar. It was lovely and clean and was raked every morning. You could get food and drinks from the beach bar and also got to go once for an a la carte meal at lunch time. The staff manning this area were lovely too.

Some of the hardest workers are the animation team.
They tried hard throughout the day and night to keep everyone entertained. Mido, Lou Lou, Kimo and Momo, were always on the go and so friendly and happy.

All in all, we had never been to Tunisia and didn't really know what to expect.
We will definitely be back and back to this hotel, probably with more of our family.
Thanks for making our first trip to Tunisia so enjoyable.

I spent a week at the Royal Nohza hotel with my partner and we loved every second of our time there.

We were given a warm welcome upon arrival with complimentary non-alcoholic cocktails which were delicious and after lunch checked into our room, which was clean and more than satisfactory.

Food at the hotel was great for an all inclusive, with plenty of options in the main restaurant and the menu was not too repetitive, with different options available daily. Added to this there were options for sandwiches and crepes at the poolside bar and pizzas at the beach bar most of the day. All the waiting staff were good but we must make special mention of Abdul was was funny, warm and always made us laugh with his jokes.

The drinks selection was not too extensive but was satisfactory and bar staff were generally friendly and helpful, in particular Mehdi at the beach bar.

There are activities such as Quad biking, camel rides and boat trips available locally and we booked our trips at a reasonable price with the assistance of Mou Mou on the beach. We also made friends with Wael, the hotel lifeguard who was funny and gave us lots of helpful information about the local area.

The overall highlight of the holiday though, was the animation team. We have rarely come across an entertainment team as hard working and friendly as Nohza's and they ensure every guest has the best time possible. Mido is the leader of the team and is a charismatic, personable man who ensures he spends as much time as possible speaking to guests in the many different languages he speaks fluently. Rita, the beautiful female member of the team, is always happy and willing to offer her help in any way possible and along with Mido and Kimo takes part in awesome dance routines that captivate guests during each nights 9.30pm activity. In particular, Mido's Michael Jackson routine was amazing! Along with dance shows we were treated to comedy, bingo, guest-competitions and a showcase of Tunisian culture that included live pottery.

Mo Mo arranged jet-skiing and para gliding on the beautiful beach (which is a 2 min walk from the hotel) for us at a discounted rate and in the evening acted as the hotel DJ, playing the songs he knew the guests would enjoy the most. He is also an absolute credit to the team.

Billy was new to the team but also brilliant, taking us over to the bowling bar attached to the hotel. Here you bowl, play pool or just dance the night away to 2am in an atmosphere which rivals nightclubs back in the UK.

Overall, the holiday was an unforgettable experience and we will definitely be looking to return to the Nohza in the near future!

We’ve just come home from a brilliant week at The Royal Nozha in Hammamet.
It’s has been a brilliant week. The hotel was exceptionally clean, the staff were very friendly and the food was always very good. It was varied with fresh salads every lunch and dinner. Traditional Tunisian dishes alongside things we would see at home.
A special mention goes to the Entertainment team. Mido, Momo, Kimo and Lou Lou were brilliant. We got involved with many of the activities both during the day and the evenings. Their shows were well organised and very entertaining. They would take the time to come and sit and talk to the guests which added to the experience.
The bar staff were very friendly and would remember our drinks even from day one.
The rooms were serviced every day with the housekeeping team adding a few nice touches each day.
The hotel is relaxed and the weather was lovely.
We can definitely recommend The Royal
Nozha and would definitely make a return visit.

This is our last day at the hotel we arrived for 12 days and have all had an amazing time. We are a couple with a 9 year old grandaughter and there is so much entertainment all day and night. The entertainment team are what really makes this hotel so amazing and so much fun and they work so hard every single day and get to know every single guest. My grandaughter absolutely loves the kids club and I'd like to say a massive Thank you to Rita as its all thanks to her and Thank you to Mido and all the rest of the amazing entertainment team who work so hard and do an amazing job in keeping everyone entertained, yous are amazing. From the moment we arrived at the hotel all of the staff could not do enough for us. Our room has 2 single beds pushed together and then there is a room divider with 2 more single beds and the bathroom has a seperate toilet we have a quite a bit of wardrobe and storage space, a small fridge and a lovely balcony. There is also a TV and a kettle with tea, coffee and sugar. There is a hairdryer on the wall but to be honest I would definitely bring your own and there is a TV but we have not even turned it on. The hotel is beautiful and really clean and all staff are so friendly and helpful. There is also a small book exchange room which was good. The hotel has a spa and hairdressers but I cannot comment as I did not use them and there is also a shop onsite. The beach which is just approx 3 or 4 minute walk along a path is absolutely beautiful and also has a bar and a'la carte restaurant included in the all inclusive. The meals are ok and have a good variety of choice but we found with having a fussy 9 yr old that there wasnt much that she would eat apart from fries and salad and ice-cream but you are allocated your own table on arrival in the restaurant for the duration of your stay which we found really good as you know you can go straight in and take a seat for every meal with no problems. There is also a ten pin bowling attached to the hotel which is ok, this is not included in the all inclusive but is really cheap. There is always taxis available right outside of the hotel. We done a few trips to Friguia Park, Aqua land, Carthage land and the Medina and enjoyed all of them and everywhere is just so cheap and we have only exchanged £350 and this is including paying for trips, taxis, 2 sim cards with data and a few meals eating out and gifts. Lastly the hotel does have wifi available in all areas including the beach and rooms free of charge but it is not very reliable. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would definitely return.

Fantastic hotel, everyone from cleaners, waiters, bar staff, lifeguard and animation staff were amazing - everyone so friendly and go out of their way to make you feel welcome. We felt like everyone was there just to give us our own personal perfect holiday. Its so clean, food was great and so laid back. No rushing for a sunbed they were literally everywhere and Mohammed at the pool makes sure you are comfortable while Yousef at the bar makes you any cocktail you like. The animation team had so much going on all day they kept us entertained. Loulou, Kimo, Mido, Tito, Momo are so talented and the evening shows are so much fun. We will be doing the house dance in our living room. The private beach was lovely and much less busy than the others around it. Best holiday we have ever have we will certainly be going back.

Hi It was just my wife and I staying at the Royal Nozha. We have visited the Royal Nozha twice now, but we had nothing to do with the other hotel, I'm afraid. I'm sure that if you email them, they'll give you the answer. Sorry I can't be more helpful :-( BTW, there is lots for the kids to do. The animations team are always ready to get you involved - but only if you want to. Have a great holiday!!
