My sister turned 30 and I took her to Ellery for celebrations. Got an incredible reception from all the staff, everyone noticed my sister's birthday and gave her nice congratulations. First class service from start to finish. I bought three helium balloons for the room and asked if they could write a congratulations to my sister, was so shocked at how personal and nice it was. Recently stayed at Ellery for one night with their package totally coco.
From start to finish this stay did not even meet the lowest of my expectations. We started question the hotels economic liquidity as from the start the room was dusty and several dustbunnies was found on shelves. My four year old can clean better than that. After an attempt to clean the room once again dust bunnies were still present… not that impressive..
The spa facilities have a nice style and estethics to it but there is definitely some repairs and service needed as som flooring is broken and loose.
Continuing with the food we was pleasantly surprised at dinner in the coco Beach club. The menu was well thought through and flavours expertly matched service at dinner could have been more attentive as we had to wait over 40 minutes to get our hot courses.
The overall disappointment ensued at breakfast with staff telling us that they had gone all out of bacon. I’ve never heard of a hotel that can’t even hold stock of bacon for breakfasts… thus our concerns for the hotels economy.

Rescheduled our planned and already paid weekend (a Saturday-Sunday) via receptionist by phone. She understood the right date but accidentally booked the wrong one (Sunday-Monday instead of Saturday-Sunday). A hotel located a bit from the central parts of Stockholm close to nature perfect for rest.
Smooth check-in and check-out. The rooms are lovely and cosily furnished. However, the bathroom in the room had a transparent door, which was a minus. The network was not working in the room when we arrived, a technician came to the room quickly and fixed the problem. However, the own network was very bad out there (operator: 3), which I don't know if it is due to the building in a lot of concrete, etc.?
Took a walk around the hotel area, very nice environment near the water. The environment inside the hotel is also very lovely with lots of opportunities to hang out with games and food. Perfect for couples or friends, would not recommend for children. Bad weather so didn't use the spa area either inside or outside but would recommend trying when visiting. However, played padel which the hotel had bookable for a fee, the courts were in a very lovely environment with forest all around.
Didn't have dinner in the restaurant but only breakfast, the breakfast was one of the better hotel breakfasts I've had in buffet form. The drinks in the bar are not recommended, so for drinks, more "ready-made" drinks such as wine, beer, etc. are recommended.

Totally disagree. Went as a couple for 1 night, and booked a second night before we even had dinner. Place was great. I had no issues with the service. The decor and vibe is amazing. There are different packages, a 3 or 5 course dinner (food) is included with the price. It’s not cheap but we had an amazing getaway!
There are more places to choose from in the Lidingo area.
