The service was terrible. When we complained, the personnel was aggressive. I'd advise anyone not to book here. It really is a scary place. Seems like you're taking an unnecessary risk by coming here--not ideal for vacationing.
Chapalico has 5 rooms, one in a tree house! The other 4 are in the main lodge.
