We found all the complimentary reviews to be completely accurate and this delightful B&B even exceeded our high expectations. The hospitality, accommodation, facilities, breakfasts and meticulous attention to detail could not be faulted. There was an ideal combination of welcoming hospitality coupled with the independence of your own front door. I'm sure it will be the first of many happy...

What a fabulous 4 nights we had at Church View House which is situated in a delightful part of the English country on the outskirts of Burntwood village. Our host Royden, kept us well fed with delicious breakfasts and humorously entertained, setting us up for a great start each day which left us with happy memories. The apartment had all...

I was recommended to give Church View House a try the next time I was in the area, and what a find! The house is full of character, with a lovely garden, and the B&B itself exceeded all expectations. A large room, with a very comfortable bed, and a modern luxury bathroom, as well as separate tea and coffee making...

This is a super place, its like staying in your own apartment with your own front door key, bedroom is a good size with comfortable beds, lots of hanging space. There is a separate area for making tea, coffee etc, which are all provided along with a good choice of bicuits. The bathroom is lovely, shower, shampoo, soap, soft white...

The most fabulous bed and breakfast, a real home from home. This little gem is situated in the Staffordshire countryside yet all amenities are close by. The room is as warm as the welcome received from Royden Smith. Spotlessly clean, fluffy towels in the shower room.............thanks again Royden for your hospitality!

This is my first stay at Church View and like I told our most gracious host, Royden, if I am ever in Burntwood again, it will be where I stay. The theme and decor are classical and definately eye catching as you dine for breakfast. The room I stayed in was very comfortable with a nice sitting area to watch...
