Les Sequoias is named after two beautiful sequoia trees located in the backyard of Colin and Marie-Chantal Eliott's rehabbed old house that includes three B&B rooms with baths and a rental apartment. We stayed in two of the B&B rooms that were comfortable, atmospheric and had beautiful views of their glorious back yard. Couldn't have been a better stay for...

Many thanks for your kind review. Clients come to us from around the world to sample a little of rural France for a week or more, staying in one of our two cottages. Ideal for touring the Loire Valley, some choose just to hang out by the pool. We had a great time touring the vineyards with you and hope...

We stayed in the gîte for a week and as soon as we were met by Chantelle and Colin we could tell from their lovely warm welcome we were going to have a great week. The gîte itself was lovely and we enjoyed sitting out in the pretty garden to eat. The gîte had all you could need and the...

We stayed here in July/August in the Gite/Family accommodation and found it an excellent base for exploring the Loire valley. Chantal and Colin made us very welcome and were very helpful with ideas for visits, wine tasting etc. The cottage was immaculate and well equipped and the swimming pool was beautiful, amongst lovely planting and so relaxing. The cottage was...

This was our first visit to the Loire Valley and we are usually happy to stay in a quiet B&B to explore local areas but this felt a little too isolated. There wasn't even a restaurant or cafe open in town on our first evening so we weren't able to have a meal. We did find somewhere for a simple...

We came across Les Sequoias through Alastair Sawday's guide book on French Bed & Breakfast Special Places to Stay and can't thank him enough for having it as an entry there. This is an absolutely charming place to stay, clean, bright and spacious with the most comfortable of beds! The garden is wonderful and full of exquisite plants and shrubs...

We only had one night here but the town and whole area looked lovely. The hosts were most friendly, the food wonderful and the girls enjoyed the pool. Plenty of good conversation, local information and it was nice to dine outside. We agree with all the positive comments. A lot of work has gone into this previously derelict property. Nice...

We stayed two weeks in the two-bedroom gite which is attached to the main building but is independent of it. The buildings, its gardens and swimming pool are attractive and it's a quiet, relaxing place to stay. The owners were very welcoming and helpful during our visit. The rooms were clean, bright and airy - and large enough for our...

We thoroughly enjoyed our overnight stay on 4 July and have booked again for later in the year. Les Sequoias and its owners Marie-Chantal and Colin are charming, our room was most comfortable and spacious, dinner with our hosts and other guests a gastronomic and social delight, and sunny breakfast outdoors most relaxing. The garden is a beautifully planted oasis,...

we have never been disappointed in staying at Les Sequoias. We have been made to feel welcome every time and Marie-Chantals's cooking at the evening meals is excellent as is the selection of wines offered by Colin. The local area provides many things to see and do and recommendations are always available. Rooms were comfortable and clean and the lack...
