As so many comenta here... Now I know this hotel was a totally different thing years ago(inglaterra)... I stayed at this hotel SEVILLA for a month and can tell you the owners and staff are incredibly good and friendly... Right in the heart of town, flat screen TV, Kitchen facilities, Close to restaurants and only 3 block from the beach which is cleaned several times a week. Yes, as all beaches are subject to dead sea grasses washing up, it is good to clean it regularly.

The rooms are clean and very very basic. The shared kitchen is fairly clean compared to many we have seen at shared kitchen hotels. The rooms are clean, but not fancy by any means. But, it is walking distance to the town center and only four doors down from the best vegan restaurant we have found on our travels Siempre... More

It's really the only bargain for a solo traveler in Puerto Morelos. For $400 pesos (about $30 USD) you get a nice clean room with hot water in a family run hotel. The man speaks many languages, and the woman is learning English, if you don't speak Spanish. I believe you could negotiate weekly or monthly rates. There is an... More

As a group of 5 travellers, 4 adults and 1 7 year old we initially booked 2 rooms here for 2 nights on our way back to Cancun airport from Tulum. The first rooms we were given were adequate, 2 double beds per room with a TV in. lots of storage for clothing and a small area to hang clothes... More

We stayed here twice on our backpacking trip around Quintana Roo - at the beginning and at the end. The owners/proprietors are exceedingly kind and generous. I'm not sure of anything that's included because we were out of the room except for sleep times. Some of the rooms on the first floor have windows that face the breezeway and thus... More

My husband and I wanted to stay in Puerto Morelos for a few days before heading to Cancun and then home, the owner was courteous and more than helpful, we were allowed to use the kitchen, and at that the owner drove us to the grocery store and advised us what we should buy, example: I thought i needed bread... Basic Mexican hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. If you are looking for fancy, not for you. Generally clean. No fridge. Could be more generous with toilet paper supply, towel changes, etc. Meals can be ordered and are very good, with very moderate pricing. My sister and I found it comfortable. they had wifi problems, but found a way! Good... More

So bad! We paid $40.00 US a night for a dirty dungeon. No windows, dirty bathroom, ancient matress and pillows. The web site lies, maybe years ago it was accurate but not now. Breakfast was not included although our booking.com reservation said it was. The bathroom is small (that's ok) but there is less than a foot from the end... More
