Diner, sleeping and breaksfast were the best we ever had in a Chambre d'Hote. The chateau may not be located near a city, but it's location in a small villages and the beautiful surroundings around the chateau make it worth the trip. The hosts Barbara and Otto are wonderfull and have made our stay very comfortable. Our deepest respects for converting this old castle in to a home for themselvers and their guests. Chapeau!

We have had the most amazing time( 2 days) in this beautiful chambre d’hote. From the arrival to departure Otto and Barbara have pampered us with their warm hospitality. Our room was super clean an had the ambiance of a castle suite. The dinner they provided was beyond our expectation. This is a true gem! There are also lots of places to visit which the hosts are happy to help you with ..we will definitely come back .

This Chateau exudes French elegance whilst keeping modern comforts in mind. Every room a feast for the eyes. The bed was the most comfortable I've slept in for years, the linen of the best quality and the shower room top notch. Stayed here for two nights because one was not enough. The food was first class but the very very best of this stay were the hosts who were not just welcoming but generous and openhearted and every comfort of their guests stay was their first consideration. We would not hesitate to recommend people to stay with Otto and Barbara. The Chateau was also perfectly placed within a two hour drive from the Channel Tunnel so an easy pop across and an easy return. Allow for a late night, sitting with guests over a perfect meal outside in the garden with too much to drink and the best of company. Can't wait for our next stay. …

Just before easter we stayed three nights at the Chateau and loved it!! The rooms are roomy and decorated in a cosy and very tastfull style. Beds are very good and shower was exceptional! We made a bike tour in the beautiful surroundings (Normandic villages and forests) and visited the landmarks. The hosts, Barbara and Otto were wonderful: very hospitable! Breakfast as well as dinner was wonderful. We felt very much at home. Highly Recommended!

Otto & Barbara provided a super stopover, in splendid surroundings at their Chambers d'hotes.. Their catering was lovely and the evening was very pleasant, dining outside on the terrasse. Our suite consisted of lovely big adjoining rooms for ourselves and our daughter/ grandson, sharing our facilities.

The chateau Our room Amelie was spacious with a beautiful bathroom. The decoration consists of castle-worthy authentic pieces, but is modernised. You can relax in and around the castle to read or to have a drink. The chateau is surrounded by typical French fields and forests. The hosts Barbara and Otto give you the feeling of being home with all the comforts you could wish for. They share their own life and experience in the French countryside. They are well-informed about the area and open and interested in their guests. They gave us tips for daytrips, ranging from must-sees to hidden gems. Daytrips From the chateau we planned daytrips every day to visit pretty cities like Rouen, harbour towns like Le Tréport and Dieppe, castles and beaches. All can be reached within 45 minutes by car. Barbara and Otto can always give you a good tip where to park your car. Tables d’hautes, Plats du jour & Breakfast Every day you can have a delicious dinner at the chateau. The meals are inspired by the French cuisine and combine extraordinary food with good wines (included in the well-affordable price). During these meals we met many interesting people who also stayed at the chateau. Barbara and Otto took care of a great atmosphere, which was helped by the peaceful dining place in the park with view of the beautifully lit castle and stars. Breakfast is served in a beautiful winter garden at cute little French tables surrounded by vine branches. Barbara and Otto, thank you very much for our wonderful stay at your chateau!…

We have discovered this gem of a place and it’s charming hosts by chance, and our only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer! Barbara and Otto are very warm, welcoming and caring hosts who love what they do and you can see it, feel it and taste it throughout the house, garden and their beautiful meals. The chateau is set in a quiet and tranquil countryside but in a close proximity to Rouen, Amiens or Dieppe, which makes it the perfect gateway for your stay if you want to explore this part of Normandy. We can’t wait to go back, hopefully very soon and many more times :)

Chateau Les Landes is a great and stylish place which has recently been renovated into its old grandeur. The owners Otto and Barbara go all the way to make you feel at home and are most enjoyable hosts. The table d’hôte was delicious and served outside in the delightful garden. The five guest rooms are tastefully decorated and spacious. There was really nothing we missed. Breakfast was served in the nice and cosy serre. All in all a great place to stay longer for a visit to cities like Rouen and Amiens, touring around in Haute Normandie or as a stop on your way to French regions like Normandy, Brittany, or more to the south. We strongly recommend this place and will certainly come back soon!

Arriving at the chateau gave our holidays a very good start. The hosts gave us a very warm welkom. The rooms are very beautiful and perfect for a family of two adults and two kids of 7 and 3. The kids could play out in the different gardens. We had a lovely dinner and the next day a nice breakfast before our tourney continued. We would really recommend this Chateau to others, also for a longer stay.
