Perfectly pleasant b&b within an hours drive of Paris. Very good value at €300 for a family of 5 for two nights in August. Some lovely restaurants in the nearby town and of course not far from Monet's Gardens. However hugely disappointing that on arrival we were told that we would have to pay cash as the credit card machine...

My group of ten persons from Trier in Germany, Southampton England, Glasgow Scotland, Dublin and Donegal Ireland were looking for a place to stay near a local wedding venue. As we were an eclectic group made up of our family, my wife and I plus our two daughters and respective boyfriends we were going to be hard to please. Then...

My husband and I spent 3 nights at Le Clos St Paul and it was a thoroughly lovely experience. Mme DELUCA has a gift for decorating and the rooms are charming with a very old world French style. Our room was spacious and comfortable with whimsical decor. We were welcomed by the owner's son who was very cute and called...

This little B&B that is hidden away from the main attraction of Giverny is a real gem. A charming cottage with beautiful garden, themed room with a fantastic hostess set in a rural countryside. You could relax properly with a spa + massage (extra). We arrived quite early on a sunny Sunday afternoon and was invited to relax in the...

What a find. We were lucky enough to spend a couple of nights at this quirky hostelry. A renovated farm house, we had the place virtually to ourselves, with all the amenities you would expect from a 5 star hotel. The whole of the house was open to us including the gardens. Breakfast was excellent, in a separate building from...

We stayed here one night in June 2015 on our little tour of France on our way to friends in St Malo. The whole setting is idyllic - the most wonderful garden full of flowers and chairs and just loveliness. We stayed in the room over the breakfast room. It was very prettily furnished with everything you would need. The...

Clos St Paul is the place. We made a two night stopover to see Monet's Garden, just 7 kilometres away. Collapsing onto sun loungers in the front garden on arrival we were treated to a glass of bubbly and macaroon, home made of course like everything else here. We decided to sample the home cooked meal both evenings and they...

What a gem of a bed & breakfast just 12 KM from Giverny. We were treated more like family enjoying the owners' warm hospitality and delicious food. The breakfast buffet was a delight for the eye and the palate-- fresh eggs from their henhouse & the most delicious croissant that we enjoyed while in France. We were also fortunate to...

Le Clos St Paul is a wonderful little b&b which is so authentically French. We had a great time staying here, set amongst the quiet countryside, not too far from beautiful Giverny and the historic Vernon township. Our host Laurence, was so welcoming and prepared some delicious meals for us during our stay. We were also lucky enough to be...
