This is the one and only hotel that was able to provide seminar package. So far, we are satisfied with the seminar package service and their food provided is above our average due to their excellent service. Meanwhile, the room is big and clean except there were ants around. Anyway, most important is clean and comfy compared to the rest...

We selected the hotel due to its location to a family function which is 5 mins from the hotel. The room is spacious and very basic. Bed linen and towels are very old and in bad condition - really need to be changed. For a budget hotel it was a pleasant supprise to see that it came with coffee/tea facility...

small town like teluk intan, i guess not much choice for good hotel. Grand Court hotel seems to be the best among the worst over here. the room is big, but somehow it feels like a hostel rather than a hotel. everything here is just average. nothing too much that u can demand. small town like this has not much...

This seems to be the biggest building in town as a hotel. The rest are shop houses. It is probably a 1.5 to 2 star hotel, the best budget u can find in TI. The rooms very basic n little dirty with ants, seats dusty. Otherwise ok. The sunshine coffee house staff were very friendly, a la Carte breakfast good...

Hotel room was dirty and floor sticky. Unable to use wifi. Receiptions worst, we request for non smoking room instead they provide us with smoking room. The price not worth your salt. It seems staying in a budget hotel. Not recommended to bring family here..

I was on a business trip and stayed for 2 nights. I was informed by the FOA on duty that this hotel is a 2 star hotel. I saw the MyBHA (Malaysian Budget Hotel Association) certificate on the wall. A budget hotel it is BUT the facilities and the rooms portrayed other wise. Firstly, the door uses key card system,...

New hotel, clean, and fairly spacious room. Very affordable. Except... the service is really really really slow. It took me 30minutes just to get a check-in. Reason being that they only accept cash or credit card. They do not accept debit cards. Had to make multiple calls just to clear things in order to check-in. Wifi seems to be provided,...

Was in the area for a business meeting so decided to try this hotel. Its comfortable, and has free wifi (if you can access it). Onsite parking and underground parking as well is a plus. Breakfast is a very simple affair. The rooms are sandwiched between the ground floor restaurants and shops, and the upper floors gym and karaoke centers....

The room that i stayed is deluxe room. It is so spacious that can fit more than 3 people. The room is clean and no smell. In the room have hair dryer,tv, extra pillow and electric kettle. I think it is reasonable with the price charges as it is located in a small town area.
