Stayed at this hotel recently in the apartment and the overriding impression that it left was the cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. Stains on carpets in the bedroom. A wood burning stove that had not been cleaned out or cleaned around it prior to our arrival. A cooker hob

sorry you did not enjoy your stay in our self catering apartment this is the first negative review we have had on the apartment as it cost us £150,000 to refurbish so we have had nothing but complements from guests as its incredible value for money. I have just been to do a double check and cant find any chipped mugs or stains . We have deep cleaned the apartment & are putting down gravel flag stones as you suggested The sofa's of which there are two are both high end sofa's one of which can be a sofa bed so its good if you have 6 guests staying are v comfortable I have stayed in the apartment myself so can verify it . They were purchased from a v good retailer so I wanted to make sure it was of a high standard for guests . thank you again for choosing to stay with us we take your comments on board

When does breakfast finish?
8-10 but it wasn't a great breakfast, had better at a premier inn. If you kiss it there are some lovely cafes in Ross on Wye.
