Do not expect a well developed camping. But the Cies Islands are so beautiful. You do not have more options on the islands. Here the seaguls are agressive because they do not fear humans. Nice hikings to have and wonderful pictures to take. Take a good tent becauses it rains a lot, and you will get heavy heavy rain.

I have been going to cies island every summer for a week or so for the past 7 years. The island is beautiful with some nice walks and great beaches,if you can brave the cold water than the sea is really good for snorkaling and the water is really clear. We take our own tent each year as it is very expensive...

We saw the beautiful island in pictures over the internet, and we read about the camp being the only option for spending the night. As we traveled with kids, we decided to rent a tent with two double beds. Keeping in mind that a 3 star hotel in Vigo was only 39 Euro/night for a triple room, we paid 65...

I was very surprised to see how clean toilets and showers are in a crowded campsite. There is always staff cleaning around. To get hot water you have to pay, 0,20€, 0,50€ or 1€. The restaurant is not that bad or expensive as other reviews state. The bar is enough to have some drinks and sit outside enjoying the view....

Cies Islands - Definitely one of the most beautiful spots I have ever been to! If you want to stay on the islands for more than a day, you have to camp - which is absolutely fine. But I cannot say anything too good about the camping. They are the only ones on the island, so they know they can...

Camping is the only option you have to spend a night in Cíes Islands. You can't take your car there (which I agree) so you must carry everything with you. You need to pay for hot water. Bathrooms are the typical public toilets. The restaurants in the island are a bit expensive. You need to pay for the wifi (2€/24h)...

We loved our tent with a bed inside! What a beautiful place where we will be returing with friends and family. I would note however that the tent rental rate is very high compared to bringing your own, which wasn't an option for us. There were plants growing into our tent and no ground sheet, just linoleum floor covering so...

The camping Isla Cies is the only way to stay in Cies and although its facilities are pretty modern, it has that old style campsite feel to it. Ptich your tent amongst the pine trees and check out the main beach from it... the restaurant and shops have all the basics covered and the food is pretty good. Definitely a...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
The campsite is located on the Islas Cies, namely the Faro island. These islands are part of the Parque Nacional Maritimo Terrestre de las Islas Atlanticas de Galicia, a nationa park that since 2002 is considered as one of the best ecosystem example of both the spanish coastline and deep sea. In these waters we can find different kinds of seabeds with especially valuable ecosystems, as we do in the fauna and flora presents in the islands themselves. But these are very sensitive to changes and harm in case of lack of proper regulation of the activities held in the area. That is the reason why every action we take in the campsite must lead to conservation and sustainability of the ecosystem and we thank you in advance for your caring and help in maintaining this wonderful place. We wish you enjoy this experience in contact with nature, and we will be gald to assist you in whatever you may need. Welcome! ... more   less
