We've stayed here already several times, last time although was some years ago and at that time we were a bit afraid that they would loose their charm while expanding. We were happy to see it wasn't the case, still happy to stay over here. We booked exactly the same (alsace style) room as the first time, which has still... More

Stayed here several times already. Always very warm welcome. Great service, nice and tidy rooms. Breakfast included are also very nice. Internet access has improved since last visit. I can recommend this hotel for short, but also long term stay.

This is a family owned place, very well kept, very clean and modern, well equipped, modern but still country/traditional. Attentive and friendly service, quiet neighborhood, relaxing garden. Breakfast is superb, dont miss. Two tips: 1. if you arrive late coordinate with the landlord to get entry/access codes. 2. The wifi is generally ok but there are a couple of rooms... More

We came by bicycle and were heartily welcomed by the staff. Nice room, big garden to relax among wooden buildings. Short way to the village centre. No dinner at the hotel, we had to go to restaurant near by.

On our bike Tour in Alsace we're lucky that the agent had choosen this wonderful hotel. The rooms were big and of high quality with a lovely balcony overlooking the wonderful garden. We stayed here the week before Christmas. The rooms were very large and well kept. Brigitte Hellmann (the owner) was very kind and helpful. She spoke English well and tried to make our visit memorable. The restaurant is just around the corner and the food his fabulous. Brigitte's husband is the chef at Restaurant Hellmann. Eight adults and two small... More

It's in a quite country village, easily accessed. The hotel has different types of accommodation; we were in the newer block. It's really nicely done, full of character, rooms well equiped and comfy. Staff are really friendly, breakfast is great. We ate dinner at a local restaurant, which served tasty modern French food. Nice atmosphere, a bit bright! Dinner is... More

I booked this hotel along with several others about five months before my visit. Our trip was a 4000km car journey through five countries to our destination in Italy. After a log day driving we headed off to Osthouse. We have stayed in the Alsace region many times as it is one of our favourite areas in France. We had... More

We stayed here for one night on our way to the Italian Alps. It was the most perfect place to arrive after a long hot drive, in a quiet pretty Alcace village. A suite with a lovely bathroom, air conditioning, fridge, very comfortable bed. Welcoming hosts. Dinner was exquisite served in the delightful courtyard. Wonderful breakfast. Very memorable.
