As others have said, this is an amazing place for a big family gathering for all ages (we ranged in age from 5 to 91 years of age) and three dogs. We had exclusive use of the Barns. Everything about the place was stunning and spotless; space and furnishings with a well thought out layout, with seating areas for quieter moments; games rooms for those with a competitive streak and the large open plan kitchen/dining room and sitting area. Outside there were the hot tubs, children's play areas and enclosed gardens, which the dogs loved.
Right from the initial contact to book the Barns, the welcome when we arrived to the moment we left, Ali, the manager was very helpful in everything - from taking delivery of our wine the day before we arrived, and storing it, to providing local recommendations for walking routes.
We had a wonderful and restful weekend together as a family; the 38th annual fixture and probably one of the best to date. We'll be back.

What an amazing find! We stayed here this weekend for a friend's hen do, there were 20 girls in total and we had the stables and Granary to ourselves. We were absolutely blown away by the beauty of the accommodation and the grounds! It's a really special place. The owners were unbelievablely helpful, directing us to caterers etc and answering any queries we had. The rooms were really beautiful, all with their own character. There wasn't much else we could have asked for, thank you so much for a fabulous stay! It'll be a hard one to beat!

This place was 10/10. From initial booking - Camilla and Katie were so helpful planning the trip to ensure there were activities for all ages. We stayed in the Old Byre (6 adults, 4 kids, 1 baby) and it was perfect!! SO much space and it was nice to have divided sitting areas for a little escape. The teenagers loved the film room where we linked up the playstation too. The rooms were beautiful, bed was comfy and bedding a super nice quality. One of the main reasons we stayed here was each room having their own en suite. Everything was spotless and clean. Hot tub was amazing, especially at night when it hit those minus temperatures. We stayed over new years eve for my mums 60th where the house was festively decorated too. Kitchen had everything you needed in a beautiful big open space and tastefully designed. We did not want to leave. Thank you for a great trip! We will defiantly be returning!

A stunning property inside and out. All the luxuries you'd want from a 5 star experience with farm house homely vibes that you may not expect. Fantastic amenities including games room, hot tub, log burner etc but the best part of this place is the social spaces and bringing people together. The interior design is second to none and whole place exceeded our expectations, the website pics do not do this place justice. The office team made the whole booking, lead up and check out experience seamless and pain free. Can't recommend this place enough. Will definitely be revisiting.

perfect venue for our family event. Hired the Old Mill & Stables for 16 of us - chosen particularly because of a good accessible bedroom for wheelchair user. Lovely very large well-equipped kitchen/diner for socialising. Great to have separate room with huge TV for watching Euros and Wimbledon. Good size enclosed courtyard garden for kids to play in safely, (great playgrounds too!), Comfortable beds, clean and all very easy though the Aga took a bit of getting used to! We enjoyed our long weekend there so much that only had to leave for more strawberries from a neighbouring farm.

Wow, what a fantastic place! Perfect for a large family/friends gathering. The main kitchen and dining area is huge and a lovely area for entertaining. It spills out into a garden area so perfect for summer gatherings. All the rooms are very comfortable and beautifully decorated with lots of thoughtful touches. The kids play area is a definite plus point- it really kept the kids in our family entertained for hours. Lots of lovely walks/ streams in the vicinity for the keen rampblers and dogs!

Very spacious accommodation. Facilities in the Barns are amazing. Very comfortable and fabulous decor. Great location, quiet and peaceful. Great for large groups of all ages. Owner and booking team were amazing and very accommodating. Great place to stay I would definitely go back.

Absolutely amazing we hired the whole place for a family holiday and loved it. Everything was perfect nothing negative to say at all we were a large family of 46 from ages 2 to 85 and had the best time ever. Katie was amazing so helpful with everything would defo be going back.
