Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We were transfered to the quarantine unit when we tested positive for COVID (despite being fully vaccinated). It is true that only towels, pillow cases and sheets were in the room but we were told to ask reception for anything else we needed. Two duvets were very quickly provided. The food ranged from just OK to quite good but that's a matter of taste. The room was large, air-conditioned and very clean. We had a small balcony with chairs, a table and a view over farm land to the sea. Staff (all various degrees of mursing staff) were excellent. We did not have to stay in the room but could use the corridor for exercise and ot pick up more tea, coffee, water and creamer from a supply at the end. I think that we were the onlypeople on the floor until the day before we were released. A big problem could be boredom. The English language tv channels were not fully functional. Fortunately we had our phone and well stocked book readers. Free wifi is available.

I arrived at the Eden Seniors Resort hoping to speed my recovery from a bad injury, after fracturing my heel bone. It had already caused months of pain, walking with great difficulty and using two crutches. Two weeks later, thanks to the wonderful facilities at the Eden - including a superb and large hydrotherapy pool that I used daily during my fortnight’s stay - I was able to walk away, using only a single crutch and finding walking less painful and easier. I’m grateful to Thea, the excellent physiotherapist, for her daily treatments, exercises and massages.
It should be remembered that the Eden is not a hotel, but a place for convalescence. Don’t have unrealistic expectations: the food, while nutritious, can be variable and - especially when chef Constantinos is off duty - gets a bit boring. But it’s easy to criticise things; you’re not on holiday at the Eden, you’re there to get better and have on your doorstep some excellent facilities: a gym, expert physios to teach, treat and supervise, and that gorgeously warm pool.
Thank you, Eden, and all your lovely, friendly staff, including Maria, Christina and the lovely man who looks after the grounds and feeds the cats. I know where to go if - God forbid! - I have another accident.

Room Tip: A suite on the ground floor is good, especially if you stay more than one week.

We we’re sent here after testing positive with Covid
A decent sized room & balcony were our home for 7 days
We we’re well fed although it was sometimes a bit cold , if you didn’t fancy what was on the menu , you could chose something different for a small fee & well watered , the staff were very nice & help full , it was total quietness
Also there was a police man on patrol

I was put here by the Cyprus government with my 2 boys age 12 and 5 as the government said I tested positive on arrival at paphos airport on the 8th sept 2021. I still have no proof from the ministry of health in Cyprus I was positive. I have been fighting for this proof and so has the rep. We was moved in a covid taxi which we had to share with other suspected covid patients. I did 2 nights here with my boys 12-14 sept. We are now in a quarantine villa that tui didn’t know you could do. I found out through another holiday maker we could be moved. He flew with jet 2 so his rep helped him. We have had no help from tui whatsoever. Today is now Sunday the 19th September and we are still in the hands of the government here. The food you wouldn’t feed to your dog. We didn’t feel safe at all. I barricaded my door with cases and chairs. We had a single bed and bunk beds. The room was disgustingly dirty. I had to clean it all myself. The food you wouldn’t feed to a dog. I really hope no one gets out here as this is meant to be a rehabilitation centre. It is used to house many refugees all crammed into rooms together. It’s a pity I can only upload 10 photos and it won’t let me upload videos of the refugees in the corridors

My mom was there on quarantanne for 10 days because of Covid. There is nothing to be afraid of. People was friendly and helpful, food was very tasty, each day my mom was asked what she would like to eat on lunch. She was alone on the room, she had balcony where she could enjoy the sun.

I was taken here as I tested positive for covid … it was very daunting as I was on my own. The room is a decent size with a fridge, air con, tea and coffee and kettle , bottled water, air con and wi fi.
Yiu have to make your own bed and just sheets and pillowcases .
Food is delivered 3 times a day… and more often than not is stone cold and mostly with
Chips.. I didn’t realise as wasn’t told that you could ask for a menu and order different food at a small cost but to be honest, it wasn’t that much better and still cold! You could also order soft drink from the menu to have delivered with your meal.
Before I was taken there , my sister got me supplies to take so was able to fill up on cheese and crackers, crisps etc- thank goodness as I really struggled . I will say that the
greek yogurt option on the breakfast menu was lovely tho and I made that last over 2 meals as a pudding !
Reception were very helpful wen you rang them though and I ran out of paracetamol and they bought some to me.
It’s boring. So if you can, download some films to watch and take books etc!

After a fall my husband was admitted to a Clinic ( fractured tibia and infected cut on his knee ) on day 8 he tested positive for covid and was transferred to the Eden . The following day I joined him at the hotel , as he needs care . I was nervous about going there , but this was not necessary .
Our room/suite was quite large with a big patio (ground floor because of my husbands mobility) . Meals were delivered to the room 3 times a day and my husband's medication was brought with breakfast and evening meal . We were supplied with plenty of water , tea and coffee .

All the staff were helpful and friendly and we were well looked after . Maybe not how you would chose to spend 10/11 days in Cyprus , but the attitude of the staff made it bearable .
