Crossways probably the best Sunday Roast in Somerset. Choice of different meat and veg and fabulous gravy. I Usually end up eating more than I should, 😆😆😆. Very reasonable price and tasty puddings as well. Yum yum, can't wait till next visit.

Would have scored zero if i could have. As many have said before, rude, unprofessional and condescending general manager only interested in ripping off its guests. Staff and management ill-informed to say the least. Steer clear at all costs. Booked through booking.com, wish I'd checked tripadvisor beforehand, shall do in future. Don't expect an intelligent or apologetic response as no...

On arrival we were given a warm welcome. Our room was was, clean and comfortable and we slept well. No noise. Breakfast was of a very high standard. Lots of choice and freshly cooked. We also had a meal the night before in the bar. Again, excellent and reasonable priced. Location great for Glastonbury and Wells. Will definitely be returning.

We came across Crossways and were impressed with the reviews and promise of good food and service. We decided to judge for ourselves and duly booked it....

We stayed at the hotel before Christmas 2016. Everything was excellent from arrival to departure. The evening meal was really good as was the breakfast next morning. The room was very comfortable and warm. The reason for our stay was twofold as a journey break on the way to Cornwall and also so that we could attend Wells Cathedral carol service....
