Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Place itself was lovely, bedrooms and bathrooms were beautifully clean and presented. Downstairs toilets felt they needed a good clean. Kitchen was very cluttered too much “stuff” in all cupboards, not much storage space for our food. We asked for a buffet breakfast which was fantastic but we’re slightly concerned about the child that was cooking our food at the cooker?! Didn’t feel this was safe or hygienic and was probably a heath and safety hazard. Beautiful location and waiting staff were lovely and helpful.

Real gem of a property in a wonderful location. Close to West Angle bay and the coastal paths. Service second to none. Lovely for short/long stays and complete hire of the building for large groups. Beth’s most amazing welcoming team of girls running this unique property . We were welcomed Rachel on our first visit who goes over and above for every guest. Professional and friendly nothing too much trouble. Lovely breakfast menu cooked to order. Great facilities of a shared kitchen and two lounge areas downstairs. We stayed in generous sized rooms. Complete with small fridge and kettle. Great pub the Hibernia across the road.

Booked the whole place for a big family for 16 of us aged 22-60 yrs. Everything you need in the kitchen. Great rooms with en suites. Always hot water. Buffet for first night delicious and extremely generous. Lovely garden space and roof top terrace. Angle is a special place and added addition is the re-opening of The Old Point. Many special memories created on this trip. Will be back.

We stayed at the Globe as a party of 16 adults and 8 kids. Despite the inevitable carnage associated with 8 young children, the environment was perfect and made the whole weekend an absolute pleasure. The rooms are all luxury, the bathrooms all high-spec and the whole place was spotless. It really is a beautiful hotel that feels like a home and has everything you could ever need for a relaxing stay in Pembrookshire (even with 8 kids). The Old Point House pub was a 10 min walk away and served some amazing food, catering for everyone really well. The beach is also incredible. There's so much to do just within walking distance. Hot tubs defiantly deserve a mention too! Oh and the staff - all amazing and really attentive!

Myself and my family recently stayed at the globe hotel. Although the room was good , we were cold .A member of staff did come and sort the situation out for us but we were disappointed. Breakfast was good. My main disappointment was that we were disturbed by badly behaved children running around the hotel and knocking on our door and shouting. At one point the children came into our room when I was dressing . This is not what you expect when you come away for a relaxing holiday. Would not recommend

Long weekend as a large group with multiple children from newborn to 6! Great, unique accommodation with plenty of space to socialise, cook and eat without tripping over each other. Well decorated, clean, and nicely equipped with everything we needed. Rooms are spacious with excellent water pressure in the en-suites. Lift is a huge advantage. Location was great - nice walk to the beach and fort. Check out the Point for a pricey, but well worth it, lunch!

There were 12 of us and we had the whole house for the week, on arrival the propertys decor is quirky and quite lovely, but when you really look the place was very dirty, and quite cluttered, not in decor but in unorganised. The garden was unkempt and weeds everywhere, the lawn had been mowed but that was it. We had a super week there, location was great, but it could have been something very special but the cleanliness really let it down. Pots and pans filthy, flies everywhere in the kitchen with out of date fly spray which they didn't seem to mind. There was a hole in our bed fitted sheet, hot tub chemicals not at hand. Two mattresses in other rooms were ready for the skip. Sadly for the money they are asking, they need to up their game, as a quick flick from one week to the next is not acceptable, a deep clean is required.

Because of covid a large group of us decided to book the globe out, to celebrate many missed events, birthdays, weddings, all sorts. They were fantastic, totally left us to it and every thing we needed was there and the place is stunning, the two hot tubs were perfectly set up for our arrival, and when I said we are going to bbq the first night all the things we could have needed were left out so I didn’t have to poke around for them. It was so well equipped and was a perfect base for us to have fun. Massive thanks to Beth who helped us with all aspects I would definitely recommend the globe as a group. Thanks again
