We stayed here at the start of September for the first time and Roselands really did not disapoint. The caravan was immaculate, cleaned to a very high standard. It's also very modern and had everything you needed inside. Me, my partner and our black lab Riley had the best holiday! The caravan was perfect, the location is also absolutely gorgeous with a short drive to St Ives. Craig came round the first day and introduced himself and gave us some leaflets to look through with different places to visit. All round amazing holiday, would 100% return here! ☀️❤

We are quite fussy when it comes to cleanliness and when we walked into the caravan it was spotlessly clean and smelt fresh, rather reassuring because of Covid. It is a smaller caravan site but that's one of the reasons for choosing it. The location is great as you can get to lands end, St Ives, St Michaels Mount, Carbis Bay, Sennen Cove, Porthcurno beach, Lands End airport (for those that like plane spotting), Cape Cornwall, Penzance, all within driving distance. St Just is your nearest town. It is also dog friendly, another reason for choosing this site. The caravan was well equipped, everything you needed was provided and we had a caravan with a more than adequate living area. There are lots of walks from the caravan site, great for evening walks with your dog. There was a map and a list of beaches in the area provided which was very helpful in helping us choose where to go. I would definitely have no hesitation in recommending this caravan park to others and would come back, we had a fantastic week.

I rushed booking this place as everywhere was getting booked up quick due to covid staycations and was very pleased with my choice. Its a small quiet site with not much there except small games room, washing amenities etc which was ideal for us as we wasn`t looking for hustle and bustle. It is ideally placed out outside St.Just which has a couple of small supermarkets, several pubs, a chinese and a chip shop. We did our main shopping in Penzance which is only 15 minutes drive away. The owner is very helpful and can give good advice on places to visit etc and there are leaflets on the caravan includung a helpful map.

I always try and write a fair and balanced review based on my personal opinion and experience - We stayed here for 7 nights in a Coaster caravan . The van was perfect with Even an en suite bathroom in the main bedroom . The power shower was also a surprise . The pricing was fair with no obvious milking of the price due to covid and demand which is genuine and honest and fair . Check in was easy and soon after we arrived Craig popped by to check all was ok . We have stayed here before many years before hence why we returned . The site is well maintained , clean , quiet and ideally located for exploring the bottom end of Cornwall especially Lands end , Penzance and St Ives . St Just is lovely and easy to walk to , couple of pubs , Fab ice cream shop and pizza shop . Didn’t really use any of the site facilities as we didn’t need to and with Covid restrictions some were closed anyway . If I had to make a couple of observations which I consider valid points then I would say perhaps consider a hard standing tarmac through Road as the gravel does enhance traffic noise passing the caravans , also Charging for second vehicle to park on top of your booking when booking an 8 person caravan is perhaps a little cheeky as you would quite often have to bring to 2 cars for that many people . That said we had a great time and regardless of the minor points I made I would definitely return again to this great site and would recommend to anyone . Thank you Craig and Kerry . No question 5 stars .
