The best place to get groceries is cost cutter about 10-15 mins up the road. There is a small shop in reception but it's literally "basics". I brought stuff with me like bread, milk, cereal etc. oh on the route to cornwall there's a tesco and morrisons. Bear in mind though there's another hour of driving to go to get to Roselands from tesco/morrisons. Hope this helps.
