Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Having been going to Kelynack now for around 9 years, Francis, Diane and Elaine have always made us feel welcome. The caravans are always immaculate. The site is the best and plenty to do within a short drive. Thanks again Francis Lisa & Gary

I stayed here for one night whilst hiking the South West Coast Path. I received a lovely friendly welcome on arrival and, as I was backpacking alone with a small tent, I was offered a quiet, sheltered pitch in the meadow. There was everything on site I needed, lovely hot showers (20p for 4 minutes). Picnic tables, sinks for washing up, washing machine and dryer, a kettle for backpackers and plenty of maps and information on display on the wall. There is also a shop on site. It is located within an easy walk from the coast path and St Just where there is a CO-OP, pubs lovely coffee shops etc. Lands End, Sennon beaches and Cape Cornwall all within walking distance or by bus. There are plenty of other accommodation options available on site, worth checking on the website. Great communication from booking to arrival. I would highly recommend.

Francis, Di and the rest of the team genuinely care that you’re enjoying yourselves, and that you have everything you need. Forever helpful, and so kind. Great large flat pitch. Very clean facilities. Our friends were staying in one of the static caravans, it was huge! Very clean and they said it had everything they needed. We have a long drive from where we live and it’s great to know your pitch will be ready and waiting. Oh, and the strawberry jam is second to none!

This was our first stay on the site although we’ve been to the area on a number of occasions. When we arrived we were greeted by Francis I immediately knew it was going to be good. He was rally friendly and very helpful directing us quickly to the static caravan. The caravan was immaculately clean and very comfortable, tucked away in a very quiet spot. It was the dog friendly static but didn’t smell of dogs and had new carpet. Very impressed. We had a small problem on the first night with a loud clicking coming from an electric box behind the van. I mentioned it to Francis the next morning and he fixed it within five minutes - checking back with us the following day to make sure everything was okay. The site is situated in a great spot for exploring either by car or by walking and the homemade cream teas are lovely. Five stars!

Very friendly owner. Small shop on site. Showers need refurbishment and should be more toilets and sinks. Pitches on the small side, not much privacy. Coastal bus service which stops near the entrance is excellent.

We stayed in our camper-van for a week on a grass pitch with hook up. The owner is really friendly and helpful and made us feel welcome. The facilities are really good and spotlessly clean. The site is well located for the coastliner open top bus and St Just is walkable via a couple of footpaths. The site is set in a valley so sheltered from the sea breeze. Certainly worth a visit.

We travel at least twice a year from London to see family all now always stay at Kelynack in one of the rooms in the Old Dairy. The place is always spotlessly clean and the owners very friendly and helpful. A great base for a walking holiday. The adjacent breakfast room is for communal use by the three rooms and well equipped. This has never caused us a problem. Overall, we consider this a great place to stay.

Great location very near St. Just. Large site with big pitches so lots of space. Excellent showers, best I’ve used on any campsite and I’ve stayed at many. General facilities all clean and very well maintained. The owners are friendly, helpful and really make you feel welcome. There’s a shop on site too. A really relaxing stay and I definitely be back.
