Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

What a find! This is very special place to stay. We were warmly greeted by delightful hosts Ann and Richard and were given a huge ensuite room, spotlessly clean and beautifully furnished with an inviting atmosphere that made us feel immediately relaxed after a long drive. The large king size bed was very comfortable and although a little bouncy when one of us moved, a great night's sleep. Very quiet at night and a delicious breakfast cooked by Richard.
I highly recommend staying here and hope it won't be too long before we return ourselves.

We stayed for 2 nights in this lovely B&B and had such a warm welcome when we arrived and was shown a tour of the farm house on arrival. The breakfast and star chef did the best breakfast I've ever tasted, and can't thank Richard & Ann enough for making us feel welcome. We will be staying again for sure on our next visit again to Gaydon. Seriously Best service I have seen in a long time. Thank You again for making our weekend special......

Booked an overnight stay and had the downstairs room with door to lovely garden. The room, along with the rest of the house and facilities is excellent and one of the best B&B's we've stayed on. The hosts were brilliant and welcoming, lovely breakfast the next day and peaceful nights sleep in lovely bed and superb surroundings.

I had to visit the area for business, this last weekend and luckily found Redland Farm B&B, I say luckily because it's one of the best B&Bs I've stayed in, booking was easy every question I had was answer promptly, on arrival the welcome was fantastic, the room a single was clean tidy and well maintained, with everything needed by a traveller

Breakfast was fabulous nothing was too much trouble, I used to work in Hotel industry and I really couldn't fault a single thing.

The B&B has a lovely garden, if I'm ever nearby I will stay again, thank you both for welcoming me into your home.

Excellent with very friendly knowable hosts. Have been staying here for some years to visit our family. Lovely well cooked breakfasts. Could not wait to return once lockdown finished. Great places to visit in the area. Everything everywhere kept spotlessly clean.

I booked this bed and breakfast as it was close to Moreton Morrell Agricultural College where I was attending a show. How lucky was I! It could not have been a better stay. Ann and Richard are a delight. My downstairs single room was perfect with views over the garden. Breakfast was fantastic too. I was staggered at the reasonable cost of the stay at £55.00 per night. Truly my bargain of the year.

I really cannot recommend this lovely old farmhouse and its owners enough. I would go back in a heartbeat!

Stayed overnight to attend a car show at the motor museum. We had a warm welcome and shown to our room which was upstairs. It was a beautiful room, extremely clean and a lovely view of the gardens and fields. Comfortable nights sleep, was so quiet. Breakfast was amazing with full English, toast, cereals etc. Would definitely stay again if we are in the area, very close to the museum.
