I can answer my own question now that we've been to Huobschur. From the Lucerne train station, take bus 61 to Hellbuhl Post (it runs every half hour). Then from the bus stop, call the farm for a pick up with your luggage. If you know where you're going, it's about a 10-minute uphill walk through the woods and fields but getting there with luggage isn't realistic.
