On arrival after a fair bit of travelling the hotel seemed a bit soulless and internally very dark. The restaurant/bar building was however nice and appealing, but you needed a torch to read menus etc. We weren't expecting a lot from the rooms, but were pleasantly surprised. Yes in keeping with the rest of the hotel it was dark, but...

The whole place is nice, the pool wonderful but sadly the food is average and service terrible. We ate here twice with friends, the first time dinner service was slow, second time there were four of us and by the time my food arrived the first to be served had finished. Waiter{Same both times sadly} was surly and decided he spoke no English...

For the price this is the best deal in Palenque! It is located a ten minute walk for the OCC bus station and the corner where you would catch a collective to the ruins....$120 peso cab tomPalenque ruins. The rooms are clean, good linens and comfortable beds. As many Mexican rooms are a little dark but nice. The Wifi works...

We were given a drink voucher when we checked for a free drink down by the pool, nice touch. No lifts here, but your luggage makes a great noise as it bumps up the stairs. Our room was large with a verandah that faced the pool, however as other people have mentioned it was rather dark. Horror of horrors, no...

Comfy rooms, excellent food at the restaurant specially the regional dishes, great places to park inside, very good service, the staff nice and efficient. The main issue could be the wifi, the signal at the rooms is not that great but ok at the bar or restaurant

I tried to cancel my reservation, which I made through expedia, because it was impossible to get to the Hotel due to blockage of the highway due to protests. This was on a Saturday and I had a reservation for two nights, and expedia told me that the person in charge of reservations was not available until Monday. I knew...

The hotel is nice and open with a nice pool and restaurant. Beautifully landscaped. The rooms are dark and old looking but ok. With nice views. The restaurant is good. The ladies in charge of the bar and towels at the pool were not happy to be there or nice at all. Everyone else was very polite.

The room is spacious, clean, there is hot water in the bathroom, the hotel is well located. The best the comfort of the bed to rest after a long day of expedition. Breakfast has eggs, fruit, cereal, coffee, it is ok. Wi fi works near to the restaurant not in room. A taxi ride to archeological area cost US 2,5,...

We stayed here as part of a tour and stopped two nights to visit the ruins. Some aspects of this hotel are very good. Modern airy rooms and lay out with good standard of cleanliness. The breakfasts were good, nice fruit and an egg station for cooked to order omelets and fried eggs. However the orange juice was very watery...

Stayed here not out of choice. The travel agent booked it for me. Customer service is great and friendly. Can't fault them there. The hotel is more like 3 star or 3.5 star at best. Basic but clean. Wi-Fi does not work in the rooms at all even though they told me it does. Only in the restaurant it works...
