Great weekend away. We only stayed 1 night but wish we could of stayed longer. Very clean and bed was very comfortable. Close enough to all attractions, but far enough away for peace and quiet. Penquin parade 2 min drive, great walks and nice winery around the corner. Our room had beautiful views and we enjoyed having a bottle of...

Best position on the whole island for acomodation, our room at the front of the house looked over the sea one side and the lake the other side, (if you could have seen it), it was just perfect. Stayed 5 nights and spent the first part of the morning reading the papers before making the effort to go and do...

It was a pleasure to stay at the Swan Lake for one night. Bernie and Les were very attentive, knowledgeable, and would go the extra mile to help you. The breakfast was plentiful and could be enjoyed outside. The location is excellent, just a minute away from the Penguin parade. We had the Music room which was spacious, well appointed...

This B&B is situated next to the Penguin Parade, perfect for those coming the see the penguins then staying the night. The serene country-side surrounding is great for a relaxing weekend. The nearest town is Cowes, a 15-minutes drive away. Here, one can find all sort of foods and a few supermarkets to stock up on supplies. The amenities here...

When my partner and I think "Phillip Island", our minds drift automatically to "Swan Lake Guest House". My Partner is from Italy and I wanted him to experience a real idyllic Australian weekend away. He was impressed as soon as we drove in and saw Wallabies in the driveway. We were greeted by a very friendly couple, our wonderful hosts...

Firstly, this is a b&b. So if you don't like talking to anyone, this isn't for you. Get a hotel. But, this is a great b& b. The lady who runs it is wonderful, and the breakfast views are awesome. A lot of thought has going into the layout, my fav beeing the double sided fire place, allowing may guest...

Our room was spacious, and the view was great. The guest house has been designed well and the furnishings are simple and fresh. Our breakfast was stunning and left nothing to be desired. My only negative comment would be that the bedding felt of low quality and extra blankets were needed. I would stay here again, looking forward to the...
