Horrible rooms. For 1500 we expected decent rooms if not luxury. What was wrong: Stained bed linen and mattresses Horrid TV Torn sofa upholstery and dirty sofa Hair in the room No soap in bathroom Dirty toilet Stained bathroom tiles Ac looked like it could emit toxic fume The people serving room service had no uniforms.. nothing. So shabbily dressed....

Stayed for two days. Air conditioning was working well but rooms are not maintained at all. Toilelt was horrible. The management is lacking common sense as there are no shelf to keep soap, shampoo in the bath area. No maintenance at all. Room service is bad. Not a hygienic room service. Scaring lift!!

We stopped in this place for a night stay during our trip to karwar. rooms are very basis and not maintained. They have a pool bar which is nice.I feel the focus is more on the bar & restaurant more than the rooms. Recommend this place for bachelors only.

This is only the option for a decent stay. The town has no other hotel better than this. One night stay is ok. Food is difficult to get as hotel has a low end restaurant. Price is ok not very high. For its room and service the price is fine.

The only drawback is the location, as the hotel is placed outside the city, but not too far. The food is also pretty decent even if...

The tariff is bit expensive as we stayed in a suite which was a fairly large room and also had a camera calling bell which was a good safety aspect. I do not about...
